I normally don't do this but please help me spread the word via twitter, Instagram FB in any platform that you can and maybe shame and fear of poor reputation will help get this resolved. On May 26 2017 I paid MINI military sales at Aviano 36K for a vehicle that I ordered April 2017. In June they informed me that they would not honor their military home shipment agreement with me and send my car to my new duty station and would refund my money in full. Since then I have been wasting money on rental cars waiting for my refund. I have contacted MINI at Aviano, MINI in Germany, MINI USA and MINI headquarters and NO ONE has been able to help me get my refund. they keep assuring me that transactions happened and to wait a few days when they haven't. I am fully prepared to go on a public campaign to call them out on their bullshit especially Myles McDonagh from the Aviano office (he's a liar and a POS) and Stephanie Hartmann from their military sales headquarters customer resolution center until I get a full refund and reimbursement for the 2 months of rental cars that I have had to spend. I will be posting this on every social and especially military forum that I can because this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have been more patient that most people. this needs to end now! read more
