For those who have the FLOW filter in tight spot, you will concur that this small filter can be a challenge. I left the following for a long business trip. The same night, my wife found the FLOW filter leaking the following morning having dripped enough to cover a large patch of the basement floor. She turned off the valves and went without the system during my week long plus absense. No Culligan filter for over a week. Upon my return I contacted Culligan Ottawa and reported the defective filter. They told me that the filter is not warranted. How about that. They could send out a tech at a charge to look at everything but no replacement filter. Not even a discount. No empathy at all for a 7 year plus client, for the week without the filter or show any respect for their brand. So for the price of a filter, congratulations Culligan Ottawa, you lose a client and you gain a user who will knock down your service reputation at every opportunity. As for our filter, I bought it on Amazon. I contacted the Amazon seller, and guess what ... if for any reason the filter is defective they said send it back and they'll refund me. We are soon to move , and I promise you that should we require a system, it will not be a Culligan unless I am refunded for the defective filter they sold us.

On the phone with Reliance who calls the technician to see why he never showed up.....only to find out from the technician he was never booked in the first place. He was as surprised as we were! If I would have known that Reliance was so "unreliable " I would have never purchased a furnace and A/C unit from them. Customers beware!!!!!!!
