This is the first time I was in this branch and the young lady told me that she would have to charge me $6.00, I advised her that was incorrect and I receive free ones. She told me that is not correct! Well if she would have pulled up my account she would have seen that I never paid for one! So, I left and went to my regular branch!

Had the ATM keep $180 of my deposit. I went in to file a claim. I felt like I was being treated…read morelike a liar and a criminal. The banker repeatedly told me that if I actually lost money in the ATM I would get to keep my temporary credit. Not a statement like, when they discover the money lost, you will get a permanent credit. It was repeated several times, if you actually lost any money as you claim. We will conduct an investigation and you may get to keep your temporary credit if found in your favor. The sad thing is I think the banker was following training and training doesn't give a damn about the customer.
