i've been with Peoples bank for over 35 years. i always use the main branch; but stopped by this…read moreone recently. it was not a good experience. the man i spoke to was rude and borderline condescending. this had nothing to do with money - i have over 30,000 in checking. this had to do with a service the bank offers. he was not helpful at all and he seemed to enjoy NOT helping me. it may have been an "off" day for them; but i'd strongly advise avoid this branch and using the MAIN Peoples location in cambridge - it is a MUCH better experience.

Stopped in to get a cashier's check which are FREE on my account, have been for over the 11 years…read moreI've had the account. This is the first time I was in this branch and the young lady told me that she would have to charge me $6.00, I advised her that was incorrect and I receive free ones. She told me that is not correct! Well if she would have pulled up my account she would have seen that I never paid for one! So, I left and went to my regular branch!
