First off, after hours is after hours, you will have absolutely no way to report an account breach, there is no option for this, there is a lost or stolen and you can shut your card off, but that's it, no one to talk to to help you through a scary, intrusive situation. When your account is completely wiped out by a hacker, they will tell you there is nothing they can do until all the charges clear! And then, and only then, can we dispute the charges, which will take up to a few weeks to maybe get your money back! YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE HERE! Especially if you are a paycheck to paycheck family, like a lot of us these days, you are risking not being able to provide groceries that week because a shitty person decided to steal your entire paycheck! You will risk not being able to purchase your prescriptions and hope to god you will be able to keep going till next payday because Banner Bank will not help you, not at all! As a matter of fact, they won't respond to any messages if they are sent in the after hours, don't expect to get a response ever. We've had issues here every now and then, the most popular one is when they lose your entire deposit, yes, that's happened several times, but we still stayed for some stupid reason and now this happens and good luck to those who choose to trust you, I wouldn't wish this treatment to my worst enemy!

I brought my boyfriend in last summer to switch his insurance, and he was positively amazed by the better insurance he got with State Farm than what he'd had for years with his former carrier. I've only ever personally had any negative experiences with one employee at Joe Treat, and it was a couple of years ago. I have not dealt with her again, and I don't think she is still working there. If she is, they have stuck to their word about not making me work with her again. I used to be friendly with a former employee who had a lot of nightmare "behind the scenes" experiences with another current rep. My experiences with that rep have always been positive, but the things I heard were pretty bad, so I am always wary of that when I do deal with her. Adding everything up, I highly recommend Joe Treat's State Farm. In particular, I recommend Emma as your agent. I don't know if Diamond is an agent, but if she is, I would recommend her too. They are both lovely and do/provide everything you could hope for from an insurance agent.
