This location is pretty small and was stacked almost floor to ceiling with packages waiting to go out, there were a few UPS drivers inside moving boxes out to their trucks, no easy task with this kind of volume. After the clerk scanned the QR code for my Amazon return I received a notification stating my refund to my Amazon account was completed. I love the fact that I only needed to drop off the product I was returning without a box or label, I was also offered a physical confirmation receipt even though my app showed the confirmation.
