i use to buy carts there all the time sence I got to modesto 9 months ago. I was super disappointed when one of my raw garden carts didn't work, so I went back and they have a weird policy they don't tell you about when you buy it. they say they need the packaging? ‍ like bro if any thing you would expect them to ask for the receipt but no they wanted the packaging like I store garbage smh lol i was super disappointed I didn't get a replacement never go here they will kill your high that's the second cart I bought another cart before and it didn't work and the manager replaced it 1 star for effort raw garden cart cost me 40 and they basically robbed a costumer

Though we were only visiting California, this place was worth going to. We were driving from Oakland to Mariposa where we decided to stop by and get some good ol' edibles. Your first time here gives you 15% off your order. This stuff can help or prevent anything. I have anxiety, so trying out the edibles I got was definitely worth it. Unfortunately cellphone use is prohibited in the shop, so I couldn't take any pictures. Let's see how they work out!

Tonight was my first experience going into a dispensary. I've been using a delivery service for the last 6 months. The prices are ridiculously high so my husband urged me into going into a store front. On our way there I was super nervous and after reading some negative reviews on here that only got worse. But all in all I'm happy with my first time. When you walk in you're met by a security guard. He directed me where to check in. At the check in desk there was a colorful friendly woman. I told her about my anxieties and she reassured me that the process is easy. The budtender that helped me was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell. I explained what I've been using and why I needed it and he gave me his recommendations. I ended up leaving with a few disposable vape pens, a bottle of lemonade, and some chocolates for a lot less than what I'm used to paying for.

It's hit or miss with the staff. The men have always always been rude to me or say something douchy in general. The ladies, on the other hand, are always so nice and informative. I barely got my recommendation this year and had never been to a dispensary before this one. I needed help and the guys here have the "don't have the time" attitude. It wasn't even busy compared to what I've seen in the past. Prices are mediocre. I can do better with a local friend. I love the layout of this place though I really do. I love the gifts they offer on holidays and events. read more

i've been traveling to this place for a year and a half now. It was the first clinic i've been to. During that time, call it the "honeymoon period" i was pretty excited to even have the privilege of purchasing cannabis legally. The last time i went, instead of purchasing "leaf" by the ounce, the largest quantity price i could purchase was an eighth of an oz. Prior to that, purchasing an ounce was slightly discounted (compared to purchasing the same quantity by the gram) due to a "volume discount". But all that changed and no price breaks for purchasing an oz. When i challenged them on this point, the young brunette (black hair) more or less told me take it or leave it. I was a little shocked by the lack of bedside manner. (who wants to purchase an OZ but pay for it at the per gram price?) On top of that, their ATM charges $3 per transaction. Problem was that it was only dispensing cash $100 at a time. so to withdraw the $300 like i normally do costed me $9. Lady told me to call the 800# on the machine. I was a little pissed. Not only until after i went to another place did i notice the difference. Prices are about 20% lower and a larger place with a better selection (plus they deliver!). Now that i've switched to the place s/e modesto (empire area off yosemite) I've decided never to go back. Cust service was OK except for this young lady that seemed real angry with me. Additionally, i purchased a vape cartridge that did not work. I brought it back with the heater i had purchased there as well. After showing them the cartridge was defective, because of a small sign that hangs quietly off to the side, i "missed" the refund period by a few days (i puchase in quantity and only go in about once a month) and therefore the young brunette more or less told me "tough luck" and moved on to the next customer. I get the feeling at this place that they are friendly (most of the time) but if you have anything to say, "Watch Out". The guard there is a bit militant. The room is very cramped as others have stated, with overflow in the hall. Except the guard will tell you to get out of the hall; either step back in to the crowded sales area, or go back out and to another area. I got the feeling that there were "consequences" for not complying with his "order". 1 star read more

I came in with a lot of questions, I am a newbie. The location was a lil'sketckie for this 44 year old but there was security outside that made me feel safe. Check in was painless and by the book. Every question was answered by the knowledgeable staff and when I left I felt comfortable with what I had to help treat my issues and start getting off all these meds that are causing way to many side effects. I am on day three and feeling great! I highly recommend this shop and will be going back. read more

BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously THE worst place to go to! They don't care about the customers and they have the CRAPPIEST weed that's stupid expensive for no reason. All they care about is money not the people. There's an old asian lady that had BIG knockers let's that's super rude, talks to you rudely and rushes you to pick something . don't ask her for suggestions cuz she gets the most expensive crap. Never coming bank here and she should be fired. read more

Called them first because I only had a copy of my recommendation and they allowed it. they were very friendly and helpful with the process they still let you smell and look at it outside the bag. There organized in jars so it has that nostalgia to it. They also have great oils and cheap edibles ... Downside, it seems like a lot of the buds are indo... I'm kind of a snob when it comes to my medicine considering I'm a transplant from the bay area and my usual club is Harborside Oakland. So i was pleasantly surprised walking in. The menu is rarely accurate, so expect a message telling you something's out of stock after you've already placed your order. Other local dispos pull your items the moment you order. This one doesn't seem to operate that way. Prices have also gone up, while perks (freebies, fast service) have disappeared. The atmosphere is loud & more of a social scene than a professional environment, which may be fine if that's your thing, but that's not what I'm here for. One thing i've noticed over the full 2 yrs is that the staff has exclusively been young women, with male security guards at the door. It's consistent enough that it feels intentional. It gives the place more of an "aesthetic hire" vibe than a professional one. If you want a reliable online ordering & a more straightforward experience, drive to Authentic 209 in Modesto or Firehouse in Turlock.

She chopped at least 5 inches off and left the layers so uneven but now two hours later I'm having to go get it fixed. It will take my hair months to recover from this monstrosity.

About a week ago, my boyfriend got me a preroll that I hadn't tried before; Tarantula. I forget the name of what it was, but the effect it had on me was astonishing! So, last night, I decided last minute to go and pick up some more goodies. Unaware of what to get next, I stood and looked at what was an ocean of choices. I asked the employee helping me what he though would be the best preroll to try next. Not only was this gentleman helpful, but he hyped me up on two of his favorites. I was only going to buy one, but due to his amazing energy, it would be rude not to try both. Next on my agenda, cartridges. Recently, I've been trying out Rove and, again, his excitement caught me as I asked him what his favorites were. Again, coming down to 2 difficult choices, I couldn't help but buy both. Happy and excited with my purchase, I opened one of my cartridges; Rove Sherbet. I was so happy and the effects were just as advertised. I failed to get the associates name, BUT if you happen to see this, I want to say thank you for making my experience the best I've ever had. You were amazing and I wanted to share how fantastic you were. You deserve full praise!!! I can't wait to try the others I got. Thank you!!! read more

This place is AMAZING! Their staff, they prices & their products!! I've been in multiple cannabis dispensaries, but I tell y'all ain't nothing like this amazing good environment! They not only have beat prices, their staff make you feel so welcomed, they smiling faces & amazing conversation during your visit is so welcoming & comfortable!! Once I found the office, this place was great! I highly recommend giving them a call first, because Google Maps was off with the directions. Rather than drive to San Francisco for my meds, I decided to find a better place that is local, only 10 mins from my house. The staff took care of me, I got to review all the strains, and they gave me a welcome gift, free gram! The Indica that I got was the best that I've ever tried, and I am very happy that I found the guys here. read more

Nicest staff ever !! My husband and I, both seniors, were treated so well !! The buds are excellent. I have been to Amsterdam numerous times. The staff at PEOPLE'S REMEDY are so much nicer than the coffee shop clerks in Amsterdam. It was our first time in a shop like this in America. We will be back !! Nicest staff. Couldn't have been nicer. The smoke is still cheaper than the smoke in Minnesota, and much much better !!They sure were our REMEDY !!! !! read more

This is the place to go to get your medical needs no doubt about it. I go a few times a week to check up on the menu and chat with the friendly staff. I'm always treated with respect and I'm always well taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable and really know what is good or not per condition. They sell things under false pretenses and then tell you "oh well." Bought clones from them. They were not what they said they were and then accepted no responsibility for the issue. So sad when "professionals" act with no professionalism. It's guys like these that give medical cannabis, even recreational cannabis, a bad name. Shame on you read more

This place sucks seems like every time I go in there I'm rushed the Bud tenders aren't helpful it just seems like they're trying to hurry up and get me out the store which makes me just say f*** this dispensary you jerks have lost a customer for good I would recommend PCF or phenos way bigger selection better staff read more

Best staff, clean cut, professional, and discreet. I won a basket off a FREE to enter raffle on Black Friday. Can't tell you how many freakin goodies they put in the thing! Not too many business's in the valley that still genuinely care about customer loyalty but at TPR it's definitely a priority! read more

The People's Remedy is one of the best medical dispensaries in town. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in their products. Care by Design capsules 1:1 are excellent for pain relief, but a little pricey from other dispensaries. All in all, I'll be returning back very soon!! read more
