SKIP THIS PLACE IF YOUR NOT READY TO DEAL W/ SOMETHING The Bud-tenders and Managers are not professional and Burt has got to stop hiring inexperienced individuals. Budtenders are too afraid to lose their jobs and won't help with price discrepancies. Managers are bullies and have no organizational skills this trickles down to incorrect pricing on special and managers calling customers and employees liars yet the signage is wrong. Please add pricing and special specifications to a flyer. That way there is no confusion and accusations. The worst part is the Manager most the woman working Wednesday evening is quick to assume but not willing to apologize when she is wrong. Hiring more educated and experienced managers and budtenders would allow for a more pleasant and productive exchanges in the establishment. read more

I'm normally not one to do this because I'd usually just brush these things off but this really had me shaken up and I really wish it was handled better. I come to phenos all the time cuz it's by my work. August 8th I went in around 3 with my boyfriend and the line was full but that's normal lol. I hope in line next to a lady with pajamas shorts on and tiny crop top which I'm not judging cuz I was also wearing an ass tiny crop top lol. But she was basically flirting with this guy in front of her and during their conversation he got visibly uncomfortable and tried to go on his phone to avoid her other things, even at one point he started calling her a slur, well she then proceeded to pull her top down in the line and show her breast to him and basically everyone. She then covered them back up but started like groping herself in line. I got uncomfortable and backed up because I was with my boyfriend and didn't want to be around that lol. Well at this point she was upset cuz the guy she was talking to called her a slur, but she was still being very inappropriate idk it was weird. by this point we are at the front of the line, and she starts yelling about how small my boobs are and throwing fake punches in the air. I think she was mad that people in line laughed at her. One of the punches her bag comes flying off and hits me. I instinctively stepped back and said hey you hit me. I wasn't trying to start anything it was just like shock because I was turned around at the time. She then started yelling in my face threatening to "beat my ass outside" and started threatening my boyfriend. Eventually one of the bud tenders called security and he came over. She basically turned around ignoring him and I tried to explain she hit me. I tried to stay pretty calm but I have anxiety and I'm not confrontational at all so I was kinda shaking. when I was trying to explaining it, the security guard Joel raised his voice over me, yelling that he will kick us both out (me and my boyfriend) if we don't stop talking. I was really taken aback and my boyfriend tried to explain she hit me because I was pretty shaken at this point and couldn't really get a word out. Joel then yelled at him again to just ignore her, started blaming us for what took place, really was just yelling directly at me and my partner. finally one of the awesome bud tenders interrupted and just pulled the lady from the line to help her so she could just leave because she was now at this point yelling at me again to meet her outside. After that, the security guard just left us in line. we got helped and I asked for his name. Even though she was a threatening us, he didn't bother checking up on us after she left or making sure we didn't want help out to our car considering she was threatening to wait outside for us? I would think some kind of incident report would be done when someone is assaulted on your property. To me it isn't worth involving police and ruining her life over a bad day so this is really the only step I feel like I can take. I know it could have been handled better. read more

Went to the Black Friday sale where they stated in the thing that they would be checking cameras and reviewing footage and making sure nobody cut in line or help spaces when I pulled up I was number 80 I proceeded to watch 20 people enter and cut in line and when it was brought to securities attention they did nothing and we all started to scream at each other and it broke out into fights because nobody was monitoring it and making sure it was a safe event, actually and the only people who ended up leaving where bags were the people who were cutting . If you're going to announce something as big as this, you need to have proper security and safety measures in place or else you're just putting the general public in danger. There was a good variety of cartridges and I picked up 9 different ones and I am pleased with each and every one. I was curious about the Lemonade Lemon Pepper cart.. hits hard and very smooth.
