I walked in and there was only one customer ahead of me. There were two employees one male and one female. The female told me it'll just be a minute. I stood and waited and another man brought in a pushcart full of packages and she proceeded to help him immediately, stopped stacking boxes and helped him right away, completely ignoring me. Despite the fact that Postal Solutions was very busy, Lynette and the other employee handled everything cool, calm and collect. They got through the line and everyone out the door as quickly as possible. Then she chose to assist me, despite the fact that she had a hot lunch waiting in the back.
