Other providers told me I had to manage the near and far vision by wearing a prescription in one eye that would help me see near (dominant eye) and wear a prescription in the other eye that would help me see far. it was not an ideal solution. I was finding myself using reading glasses quite often. If you've ever had to rely on reading glasses you know how big of a pain it is. You never have them when you need them. I changed providers and in walks Ann. She put in the time (and care) needed to help me find the perfect contact solution without having to compromise. I haven't reached for a pair of reading glasses since. Be prepared to spend time in the office working with her -- but believe me, the time is very well spent!!

When I called to talk about it, the person on the phone literally said it's not their responsibility to know what people's plans cover. That just blew my mind. They took zero accountability and made it seem like it was all on me, even though I did everything I could to check in advance. Then, a client came in that had an appointment well after mine, yet she called into the pre exam room before me, and this was 30 minutes before her appointment, yet I'm sitting here for over an hour. Lot of people coming in to have their glasses adjusted so I doubt they are done right the first time. Bottom line, people that have been waiting need to be called first. That's making me more mad than anything. Also they seem to have issues ordering the correct eyewear. Had to wait an extra week to get my correct eyeglasses.

I went in for my exam and everything went fine. I was told my trial contacts would take less than…read moretwo weeks to come in, it took over a month. Then when I called to have my prescription sent over to me, I noticed that my paper prescription was different than what I received for my contacts themselves. I called and tried to explain which they did not understand. I ended up having to go into the store which was also just unsatisfactory. I sat down and explained again what happened. I was told how I was incorrect and the eye doctor was right and that I don't listen. Well the prescription I was sent was from last year (he told me it was from this year and they accidentally gave me last years prescription) I have physical evidence, which they ignored, that says my prescription that I was given this year is the same as last years. Im not sure why I had to pay for an exam that they messed up and could've sent me last years prescription like they did anyways. It's fine, I just won't be able to see clearly. I've been coming here for a few years now and am very dissapointed on my visit; because of this I will no longer support/use this eye doctor. If you don't wanna be listened too and you wanna be treated like you know nothing, Id 10/10 recommend Pearle Vision.
