Said we stole after they gave us the wrong stuff, to start we were on a trip and went there because we usually like going there, we were there for Father's Day, we went to the front with 4 items because it was buy some get a deal but we changed our mind and bought two, next day we realized they charged us for the wrong stuff and they charged us the more expensive stuff (the other two items we didn't purchase) so after that we went to the one at the outlet mall and asked to get them exchanged they said they would ask they're manager, manager didn't answer and so we left, later another member of our family went back and tried to get it exchanged they said no and said we stole it, after that they looked at the camera and realized we didn't. They have so many samples for you to try, which is cool because their product lines seem endless when you walk in, the shelves are fully stocked with different levels of spiciness. The store itself is so clean and has the cutest color aesthetic for a fun and inviting setting! read more

This place was a blast!!! I was able to sample over fifty products, including a ridiculously hot horseradish and some ghost pepper hot sauces. I tried so many it invoked a migraine! Haha! We bought some of the milder, but still delicious, sauces and left with a painful smile. read more

Everytime I visit Branson, I make it a point to visit Pepper Palace. Unfortunately, this will probably me my last visit to this location. Highly disappointed! We got there about 45 min before they closed. The clerk was cleaning up and was putting all the sample bottles away. Now, I can completely understand cleaning up since it was almost time to close BUT we were never even greeted when we walked in.. Forget about sampling anything.. It felt like we were a bother so we just left. It's too bad, because I was ready to do some serious shopping. read more

Worst store clerks I've ever had to interact with. I wish I could rate this less than 1 star. When I tried to leave the store, the older man stopped me to ask if I had taken a product in my purse. I did not take anything. I was shocked and I became very upset. All I could do was say was no and exit the store quicker. The older man later spoke to my boyfriend who was still in the store that he still didn't believe that his girlfriend didn't take anything and to buy something or get out instead of reviewing all the products and sampling them. This was the rudest staff I've ever seen before in my life. It was the complete opposite of excellent customer service. I will never go back nor will anyone in my group. read more

This place has a wide variety of salsas and other products that are soooo good! You can sample most of them and they are top notch. If you're into insanely spicy, this place is for you. If you like a little spice with lots of flavor, this place is for you too. It's definitely worth checking out. read more

Pepper Palace is a unique little shop with a lot of heat. I wandered around in the store for probably a good 15-30 minutes browsing their selection. There are a lot of sauces I can get back home in Cincinnati, but there were some unique ones that I have not run across. I really like the Pepper Palace branded sauces, but they also carry name brand. I ended up walking out with a couple of items, including a cherry butter (not spicy) that I really did not expect to find there. I plan to return the next time I am in the area. read more

I only popped in to get my husband a bottle of hot sauce. I'd seen the Blistered Bunghole on their website and thought he'd get a kick out of the name. When I took it to the counter, I asked the guy if it was really hot and he said it's just a run of the mill sauce heat wise with a funny name. He then went to the bottles and picked out another that was hot and also had a funny name/description that I think my husband will enjoy. He gave great customer service and a good, small chat. I wish I'd have gotten his name because he was the nicest person I'd interacted with the entire day. While I didn't do it (I don't like spicy food), they have a sampling station so you are sure you like what you're getting. I highly recommend Pepper Palace. read more

Some friends and I stopped in the other day while on vacation, and after trying a many of the sauces and salsas set out, the gentleman in charge introduced us to some of the sauces he kept behind the counter.
