The store is run by two generations of the Nunan's who recently moved down from northern Missouri, bringing their expertise in meat processing with them. They sell a whole line of sausages produced and smoked in-house. My favorite was the jalapeno summer sausage, but all of them looked great. The selection varies with seasonality, so you never know what you will get, but you can count on first class service from the family themselves.
