I called in, asking if they were taking new patients. Due to Covid and the Flu, the receptionist stated they weren't. The receptionist then said that a dentist's office in Corbin, Ky, was accepting new patients and not being from the area as I work for a trucking company. I asked where it was, and the receptionist scoffed at me, saying with doubt that, "I didn't know where that was?" when I tried to explain I wasn't from the area, she said she was sorry she tried to help me and then hung up on me. If the receptionist speaks to potential patients this way, I can't imagine how the doctor treats his patients. I highly recommend not going to them as they don't know the first thing about customer service. read more

Roommate came here to get a teeth cleaning and an evaluation for braces. As soon as we walked in…read morethe atmosphere was not welcoming. The receptionist had an attitude and stated that an x-ray would be $70. I called the insurance and they didn't understand what the $70 was for so they told me to ask for a code. The receptionist said with an attitude, "I don't know, I would have to ask manager." The insurance rep asked to speak with her and she said she'll get the manager, again with an attitude. The manager stated that a panoramagram was covered. The receptionist said, "All the years I've been working here, I didn't know that." And apologized non-genuinely. That is something she should know or ask someone if unsure instead of giving out false information with an attitude. I wanted to walk out as soon as we got there, but my room mate had never done that before. Every worker coming around the corner rolling their eyes.
