He arranged a time to visit to take measurements and prepared a quote for us. We appreciated that he gave us advice, but allowed us to be creative and and use our preferred suppliers. He came out again to our house after we determined that we wanted his company to perform the work. We fine-tuned exactly what we wanted and set up a tentative date to begin work. After we got our items, we confirmed the start date. Stephen and Michael arrived promptly on the day work was scheduled to begin and demoed the bathroom. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. They completely cleaned up at the end of each day and sectioned off the work area to minimize the dust throughout the house. The bathroom remodel was expertly performed and came out exactly as we had envisioned. I highly recommend Katamount Construction. Alberto's pricing is reasonable and the final product is outstanding!

I was contacted shortly thereafter by Alex from Cisnes who said he could help me. He wanted to come by to see pond. He came the next day for a thorough look over and said he did not think the liner was the problem but he would need to do a more indepth check. We discussed cost and exactly what would be done. I agreed to cost and procedure. Alex and his crew (2 men) came the next day and began the investigation immediately checking water lines in and out of pond but did not find a leak. Next they checked the waterfall and there was the leak. The leak was repaired in short time and the area around pond was returned to how it was found. Alex is easy to work with as is his crew. I am very happy with the finished job and plan to hire Alex again in the near future for Landscaping work.

They're pleasant and quick, and do a great job. They trim closely around trees, the back porch and other areas too tight for the mowers. Prices are very reasonable.

The workers cleaned and sanitized our basement area quickly and blocked off our family room area with plastic from the ceiling down. The workers started early and worked into the early evening for several days to get everything cleaned and sanitized. Moody was invaluable to us especially in determining how to list the items lost in the flood. If we had any questions both Sam and Moody would respond to us promptly. They did a wonderful job working with our insurance company which was not the most cooperative. We had A.W.Martin do the repair work as well. Again the workers were very efficient and worked long hours until it was what we wanted. They made sure we were happy with the results. We would recommend them for anytype of work someone may need done.

Our most recent completion included total demolition of our existing kitchen together with a wall that separated the old kitchen from our dining room. If there is some type of an award for excellence to be given out to contractors after they finish an amazing job than Charlie Rini and Frank O'Leary get our Golden Hammer. This is not to overlook the fact that contractors are all part of the same gene pool and DNA has been known to mutate. If you expect the total completion of a job will be done on the initial promised date then you are living in LaLa Land. In any profession there are winners , those that finish the job and those that never show up. Cranbury Design Center is a winner in our opinion. Yes,they charge for a design but the charge is deducted at the end. If you are shopping for price only you are in the wrong place. We went back to Charlie and Frank for good reasons. They know what they are doing;they were always there when we called;their office staff is knowledgeable,curteous and trained to please their customers and last but certainly not least,their team of workers and sub-contractors are first rate and dependable. If we ever have another home project. C.D.C. will be the first one we call.
