We actually stopped the Director, Dorly Cue at an art gallery in McKinney and she stopped her conversations and just talked to us for like an hour about what we wanted for our photos. She came to our house and did pictures of me, my mom, and my sister. Well the photos were amazing! Then she designed this entire photography wall at mom's house (that was an extra charge-not cheap) and she came the next weekend and had someone hang everything up. It was so easy! The whole thing from the time we met her until the photos were framed and hung was two weeks people! Then when I was pregnant we asked Dorly if she could do a mural in the nursery. So I sent her some ideas on pinterest and she sketched some up with another artist that works with her company. Once we agreed on some colors back she comes with the artist/painter and her assistant. Between the three of them the mural was done in two days! It was again less than two weeks from the time I said "Can you do this?" to the time everything was done. She's a really nice lady and I recommend her to everyone. The only thing I would say is she takes around 1-2 days to answer emails so that can be a little bit of a concern if you're on a tight deadline and she's all the way in Plano so if you can't drive out there then you're going to be on the phone or on Skype a lot.

They provided options available, also on their website it gives you packages prices and for what sessions. We ended up doing an hour of Maternity pictures with three different outfits. Nick and Naomi are so great to work with, I was so stiff and shy of the camera but they made us feel so comfortable. I couldn't have asked for better pictures, I love them!! She took her time and made sure my little girl was comfortable and allowed her to have her "baby" moments when needed! She played with her and made her smile like no stranger could have! My daughter doesn't do well with new faces but she immediately took to her and gave her some picture perfect moments! I highly recommend this studio and will continue to use her going forward! These puppies are for adoption, and there are two kinds of experiences- 1) take selfies with them in their cute selfie scenes or 2) pick a few puppies to play with in their play room. We chose to play with puppies for 30 minutes, which was $23. It was a very good experience, and the hostess checked on us several times to make sure we were doing well. On the whole, it was a good experience. (I would have appreciated being able to wash my hands with soap and water afterwards instead of being offered only to use only sanitizer again since the restrooms are strictly for employees only... so we walked to Dillards to wash our hands afterwards.) If you go to their website and sign up for their subscription newsletter, you can get 10% off your experience. It was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday, with a walk to a restroom at Dillard's.

The lighting package is worth it (chandlier, uplights, overhead string lights)- really, it's all you need to highlight the gorgeous brick interior. Photo package- our engagement pictures were excellent. Neither my husband or I would be considered "photogenic" but he really captured some great shots. Alex started taking pictures of us at 9:30 AM during the Vietnamese tea ceremony and again as we got started getting ready at 34 events around 1 and through the wedding until it ended. He had 2 other assistant photographers there capturing the party. Alex's style is photojournalistic and he is a ninja at getting shots without you knowing. The photo booth was a big hit and they let it run an additional hour or so. We did not go with the caterer through the venue, we needed a very specific ethnic multi-course meal that Alex allowed us to bring our caterer of choice which a lot of other venues do not allow. We also got the beer/wine package and our guests took full advantage. Alex was really easy to work with and always responded promptly. Our wedding was stunning and we had a good experience with 34 events.

We hosted both our ceremony and reception there for 150 guests, and it couldn't have worked out better. One of the biggest advantages of 34 Events is how much is handled in-house. From linens and flatware to special lighting, catering, and the bar, so much was coordinated through the venue, which made the planning process incredibly easy and stress-free. The food was prepared on-site and was delicious. We received numerous compliments from our guests. We also utilized Hope's Day-of Coordination services, and it was worth every penny. Hope is simply amazing. She made the entire day feel calm and effortless, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment. We are so grateful for her care, organization, and attention to detail. And the venue is spacious. One slightly unusual set up is that the women's restroom is located right at the entryway, like the second you step inside. It's definitely a gorgeous venue for a wedding.

Londen's portfolio speaks for itself -- vulnerable, creative, and artistic. The talent required to make sports photography evoke emotion is on another level. Seriously. I only found a handful of online reviews, but his portfolio impressed me so much that I took a chance and reached out anyway. Londen was everything I was hoping for, and then some. On the business side: he's professional, punctual, responsive, and flexible. He even agreed to do a super early start to beat this Texas summer heat for our outdoor shoot. On the personal side: he has one of those personalities that can immediately put a 5 year old, 80 year old grandma, and corporate executive all at ease. He has a gentleness and openness about him that really makes you feel like you're hanging out with your cousin or something. (side note: all the best photographers I've worked with are like this. Your emotions = same in the photos.) Behind the lens: Are you kidding me? The man is an artist. We were both just blown away and can't wait to hire him again. I give Londen my highest recommendation.
