It was very blonde. I called, they were closed. I waited to call again, and contacted the gal. Her response was that it had been a week, and she would redo some lowlights for an additional $127.00! I took a picture of my blonde hair and sent it to her. She repeated that I could come in for lowlights. She then text me again a day or so later and asked when I wanted to come in. I told her to cancel my next appt, and that I had decided not to return to her for service. This is outrageous, and I've never been to a salon where the stylist would not note my concern, SEE it, and attempt to fix it for free.

The color he gave me is absolutely beautiful. And the cut! Suly is an artist; what he can do with a scissors and a blow dryer is amazing. But the verdict for me is washing and styling my hair myself.
