The staff is always super friendly and they truly appreciate your business. They often give coupons or gifts at Christmas or incentives for trying different things. Yet they saw him struggling and didn't correct him. He had to redye my hair, over cut my hair and blew it on hot, hot for what seemed like an hour. He had know idea what he was doing and the owner, no one offered any help. My hair is so damaged it looks like I'm going bald. It is so brittle, fried, frizzy. I just cry. I have tried all kinds of treatments, conditioners, coconut oil, etc. it's not growing out. Cry, cry, cry. The Owner, Ci Ci doesn't care or watch her employees to prevent this damage to clients. My hair so irreparable she should be shut down. My hair is falling out all over my house, shower, bed anywhere I go. I feel it falling my arms. I'm taking Collagen trying to make it healthy again. No good results.
