This has to be one of the neatest studios we've been to and I can say that with confidence because we (Friend and I) have been going for well over a year now and we still LOVE it and still get exactly the haircut we ask for and friend gets exactly the same color every time, no variation which as most know, it's hard to find someone who can do that. The staff is always super friendly and they truly appreciate your business. They often give coupons or gifts at Christmas or incentives for trying different things. May 2026 I paid $200. (I have short hair) for a color, highlights, and a back cut. The highlights do not show up; no one can tell I even had them done and my hair looks bland. Waste of money. read more

Went in 15 minutes early for my appointment - was told at appointment time that stylist was running 10-15 minutes behind . No problem, waited an additional 25 minutes with no update, no communication and then left. I will not beg for a stylist to do my hair. There are lots of salons and stylists in the area. If you value your time and expect someone to respect your time also, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

I had the worst ever haircut. It was so bad that I could have cut my own hair with my eyes closed and done better. My hairdresser talked a good story, but she did what she wanted and didn't do anything I asked. Will NEVER go back there. Bad Bad cut! read more

Run from this Salon I went there to get low lite Blonds but instead the Stylist not professional at all and instead over processed. Now I have so much hair breakage and i went back talk to owner she said i have someone to fix it. well thay was a waste of time left feeling worse than before . They offer me PUROGOLY set to fix the problem. Well they are not colorist and need to be honest...I was given yet another third appt but i will never RETURN....This place...they are not MASTERS sorry but Michele ruined my hair from the first APPT...anyone looking to get their hair professionally done ....RUN from this salon! She never went crazy and did what she wanted. Since she moved to FL I have been to so many hairdressers and it took a year to find someone I'm comfortable with. But it's still not Lori. Bella's has a wonderful inviting atmosphere, so relaxing. I had no problem getting an appointment. Pamela was very attentive when I explain to her my past hair problems. Worst hi-light / hair color experience of my life for $225. I will not go back to this salon.

Not sure where they train their staff but I went to get my eyebrows done and asked the lady to just clean them up and keep the shape. She waxed part of my eyebrows off and now they don't align with my eyes and are thin. Would NOT recommend. Train your staff to know what they're doing!! read more

AVOID this Salon if you can. If you do have an appt. dont let Debra anywhere near your hair. She insisted on dry cutting my hair especially my bangs. When I went in the water - my bangs were cut at a a sharp angle -my left side was at the correct length right around my eyebrows my right side however ended underneath my eye. I looked like a pirate. What she was thinking I have no idea. I went back today to have them evened up. When I told her i wanted her to cut my bangs wet she became offended. She cut my right side way above the eyebrow. It was shorter now than the left. She wanted to even that up and I got up and left. She literally (i measured it) took TWO INCHES OFF OF MY BANGS on the right side. I have a special even this weekend and she knew that (a reunion with folks I haven't seen in 40 years). Debra is not a very nice person...AVOID HER AND THIS PLACE! read more
