YES! This vape shop is a paragon of efficiency, friendliness, short but *definitive* selection, and overall fantastic customer service. It's a bit out of the way, but very much worth the trek. We were headed out of town and I'd forgotten my vape bag. This place was fortunately right on the way, so I popped in to grab a quick cheap weekend replacement. They worked with me quickly to determine my needs and set me up with a very affordable but also sleek, beautiful, and powerful eGo ONE that might now become my go to rig for non-RDA vaping. I am super impressed with these guys and what they're able to do with what they've got. Also it's a very well designed interior space that is pleasant to be in. Because of its distance from where we live I don't know how often I'd be able to go back in, but I will definitely be hitting this place when I am anywhere near Parker. read more

Been going to this place for a few months and then my wife went in today to buy 3 disposable vape pens. Got home and one wasn't working. Took it back to the store and they stated they couldn't do anything with it because it needed to be opened before you leave. This was never mentioned or explained by the worker. Asked them to remedy the situation as I have been a customer for a while.. the employee could have cared less and offered up absolutely nothing. I returned the product but never get my refund so will have to go through the credit card company to dispute the charge. Wouldn't recommend this place as the employee admitted they sell defective goods and don't care to remedy the situation. Stay clear read more

This is my go-to place for ejuice and vaping accessories. When I turned to vaping to quit smoking over a year ago, they were very patient and helpful to a newbie. They set me and my husband up right, and have always been extremely kind and helpful with our questions. All the employees are cheerful and quick to help as soon as I walk in the door. Their recommendations for my tastes are always spot on. Any other vape shop I have visited can't measure up to this place--employees are usually condescending, make me feel awkward, or try to sell me the most expensive stuff in the store. But not at the Parker Perfect Alternatives! These folks are true professionals and you can tell they care about customer service. read more

These guys were very helpful. Highly recommend! I am new to vape and needed some extra help. I explained my situation and the guy (Richard) took the time to help me understand all the different aspects of using an ecig. Most importantly, he offered a great balance of suggestions (based on his experience) and educating me so that I could make my own informed decision. I really like the shop itself. The place was very clean, modern, open, classy, and comfortable. They are obviously aiming for an adult clientele which I appreciate. There are few time when I will openly bash a business, but this is one of them. These guys firstly over charge for everything they sell. Because of this, another business in the area was getting more customers. PA went to a "meeting" with them and told them to raise their prices. When the other business declined, PA threatened them. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND IM 65. I had been in there to buy vape hardware since the day they opened here in parker. At first staff nice and helpful. But lately just the opposite. Today I had a leaky tank that was brand new. Now we know this stuff is expensive so a young fellow was going to exchange it yesterday if only I'd everything in the box with me but today he wasn't there of course. The manager or whatever he is there started giving me a hard time. Mind you i'm 65. This kid was so rude as he has been many other times but today was awful. After dealing with his attitude i decided to just forget the whole mess so i said to him look you keep it. I have no use for a tank that ruins everything and he started swearing at me to get the f out of his store and yelling and screaming calling me a fkng bitch every thing his little pea brain could think of and believe me he had quite the vocabulary he even came out of the store and approached me at my car still screaming and swearing at me. I have never been treated this way in my entire life. I hope someone helps this kid because he obviously has serious problems. we don't need ppl like this in our society. I seriously felt in danger for my life. I should have called the police and pressed charges because this kid is seriously unstable. read more
