Call the store and quoted a different price for service. Once the Tint was completed I was then told a completely different price.

I came in 30 minutes before close and "Y" refused service saying she was too busy. I hung around outside the store and she accepted a client who walked in right after me! The woman was shorter stature, dark hair in a low bun nose ring. She did not sanitize the chair after finishing the client in front of me. She was not welcoming. I explained I wanted an eyebrow shaping and light tint. I have auburn hair. I have been here before and never had a problem with this request. She verified that I wanted light brown tint. No problem right? Wrong!! She turned my eyebrows BLACK! No apology insisted she used light brown and showed me the package. It said medium brown. She told me it would lighten when I use soap and she did t have any soap to use. (How are you washing your hands then?) She didn't understand why I don't like them. I'm light skinned with red hair! I don't have BLACK EYEBROWS! I had explained I just wanted a little tint on my brows so they were noticeable. Now I am stuck looking like red from angry birds! I believe her name was Uni. Chair was not sanitized after previous customer. I cannot confirm if she changed her gloves. She did not ask me what I would like. She was very rude to me. She did not explain where or how to place my hands, she did not ask me what I wanted. She said I was rude for how I placed my hands. TERRIBLE service. I asked for my lip to be threaded, she sits me down and starts going a million miles a minute on my eyebrows. If I had asked for my brows to be done, you'd imagine they would have a quick conversation with you about your wants and expectations. NOPE within 10 seconds she had annihilated my thick and luscious brows. As I sat in the chair I thought, okay, maybe she's just cleaning it up. Then I felt her going further and further up the thickness of my brow. I've cried twice. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I should have stopped her as soon as she started going to town on my brow, but I trusted her experience (I guess) not to majorly fuck up my perfect eyebrows!!!!! read more
