if I could give this salon a zero star rating I would. after my friend started going to this salon and seeing a nail tech there named Ruby she started to have issues with her nails. Her nails actually cracked in half at her apex. even worse her nails are starting fall off. when she originally experienced this issue she reached out to Ruby and asked her to take a look at them. my friend was then told by the nail tech that it was my friends fault because she did not get a whole new set of soft gel after 5 weeks of wear. I contacted my own mail tech to get her opinion on this matter and she said that the nail tech messed up the application causing the nails to crack in half. the salon refused to take responsibility for the incredibly negligent application of the gel. I hope no one every goes through what my friend is currently. I am going to report the nail tech and the salon the whatever cosmetology board oversees wichita. read more

CHau was so friendly. We talked about a lot of things. She is very professional and did a fabulous job taking great care of me. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Stopped in at the last minute for a pedicure and was seen right away. Clean and people were friendly. The upsold me but, to be fair, my nails were in BAD shape. They don't have as much of a selection of regular nail polish as I'm used to and the price for the second-level pedicure was $45 which is pretty steep, in my opinion, and they didn't put any of the clear polish over the color, which I'm used to. read more

The worst nail service I have ever received. I'm a licensed nail tech and I'm appalled at the quality of service. I got a fill and was charged $65 which would have been fine if not for the quality. I tried multiple times to intervene. My gel is not even. The acrylic isn't covering my whole nail and it's extremely lumpy. My skin and cuticle was cut in multiple places. And when I asked for the gel to be cleaned off my skin I was told there wasn't any there. I had to peel extra gel and acrylic off of my skin. read more

I took my niece here to get two full sets and two classic pedicures for her and I. Positives: -no wait time, they got started on us right away - nails feel like they are securely on and are comfortable - checked in with us often about how we wanted the nails to look - really took their time getting the nail shapes perfect Negatives: - person doing my nails drilled into my cuticle and made me bleed 3 times - we got there at around 1:30pm and we didn't leave until after 4:45pm - not a lot of color selection (plenty of nudes and pinks though, just not a ton else. Really lacking in glitter) -the flame design on my nieces nails wasn't very good - glitter polish was applied in a hurry and came out splotchy and not near as glittery as I was hoping - sanitation seemed a little lack luster - lady doing my nieces nails was also taking all the calls and incoming costumers All and all I would go here in a pinch, but I would never choose to go out of my way to get here again. read more

Very fast and friendly service! I really enjoyed my visit here. My only problem is that my French manicure only lasted 3 days. These are my own nails but the white polish on the tip came off? I've never had that happen before. I'm from out of town so it isn't feasible to go back by for a re-do, which I'm certain they would probably take care of if I had time to go back. You can get your nails done with your friend and sit next to each other! Which usually isn't the case. The nail salon is very modern and clean. I got a gel mani and pedi and they did a great job. Stevie (not sure on spelling) Did my gel mani and it's literally 3weeks from the day and they're still going strong with not one single chip! She did a great job, fun to chat with and also gave me recommendations on the hot spots in Wichita. I love the atmosphere and great service and skills. My nails were done well. The salon is very clean and well kept. My nails however weren't what I asked for. Tried several times to signal that it was wrong. Another tech also tried. I went for the first time, was in there for over two hours for a full set. Ended up with splits on the sides of several of my fingers where she cut into me, causing bleeds while shaping my nails with a file. A few of my cuticles were also cut to the point of bleeding. She was apparently new but no one sat with her, or checked to make sure she was doing things correctly. read more

It was expensive, they did not understand very much English at all. No pink for French manicure. Horrible job. My nails are digging into my skin in the corners. Not even at all.. polish is Horrible nails aren't filed correctly all different sizes now.. They couldn't understand the color I chose by pointing it out and did something different. It's sad because they are rated one of the top salons on this site. That's why we tried them. Tried to make it great, got the detox whole works mani-pedi but no way. We Paid $220.00 for the 2 of us.
