Perfect Car Wash is in Brawley. We passed it on our way to the Alamo River Wetlands Project where we planned to have a picnic. We ended up having Mexican food since I knew we weren't driving down a gravel road with a clean vehicle! LOL! They have good prices. The basic washes only do the outside. We picked the top of the basic washes for $13 so it would do the undercarriage. They also have a $20 that does more complete cleaning inside too. It is a drive through where you pull your tires into the grooves and it pulls you along. I was a bit afraid our truck wouldn't fit We pulled in the mirrors and we did just fine. It was fun riding through with all the brushes and sprays and foams. It felt like a submarine and the long cleaning cloths were octopi coming at us. Yep-vivid imagination. They hand dry it. We were happily surprised that it was about as clean and the hand wash that costs much more. I don't think we would do this often since it is farther and I'm not sure if the brushes would affect the paint over time. But it did a really nice job for the once in a while stop on our way out of town. We would return and I recommend Perfect Car Wash for the drive-thru type. read more

Here's a fair warning for people who use this car wash. If the machine "fails" for whatever reason (for me it didn't wash my car at all, I was left with a soapy, wet dirty mess) you are allowed no refunds and they make you wait at the back of the line to go through again. After waiting 10 minutes in line I was supposed to wait another 15 minutes to go through again. The supposed manager sat in his chair the entire time, told me my options and made zero effort address the problem and the female staff inside the office were laughing about the situation. read more

Perfect Car Wash isn't so perfect on the final rinse. For a basic wash the final rinse produces residual spotting which could be reduced, but not eliminated with better fan drying. I've been through many a drive-thru car wash since I'm on the road alot and never had the level of rinse spotting experienced here. A comment to the manager will get you an up-sale pitch but no regret. Also lacking; the hand-held pressurized air nozzles which are available at the better car washes in Palm Springs and Las Vegas. read more

Went to get an "$8.00" car wash and was charged $890.00. Was told I would be receiving my money back in a few days as I used a credit card to pay and have yet to receive it. It has been a little more than a week now. Aside from that they do a horrible job washing my car. 2 days before I got a carwash from this place I seen a "homeless" man close by the carwash place with a sign up asking for money. The next day I seen the same man washing cars at this carwash. Not sure what kind of business these people are running here but this place is not reliable whatsoever. I got a car wash at the perfect car wash and I was so disappointed. For the price that they're charging I expect people to come out and clean the inside and outside of my vehicle. Customer service was lousy and in fact I had to go through the car wash twice to get the outside in a somewhat suitable condition. When I got back to my house I was talking to my neighbors and they told me that they will never go to that car wash again because of the lousy service it has. Don't know how they stay open. I finally spoke to the manger about 2 weeks ago & he laughed at me when I told him the worker told me the car wash would replace my rim... and said he'll call me back and it's been over 2 weeks again.. a whole month total.. what a nightmare.. and they had told me who cares that my rim got messed up bc it was gonna happen anyways???? You used to be able to get the 5 dollar wash which is now 6 dollars and get you front and rear bumpers and windshields scrubbed, and now they don't scrub anything . They don't even spray the front of the vehicle with bug wash like before. I took my truck through the wash about 2 weeks ago , and the brushes only scrubbed one side of my truck while the other side barley touched the side. At the end of the wash I still had soap running down the side of truck. If you want a good wash do it yourself . If I could give it less than one star I would have . read more

Paid for the silver package, didn't want anything too much just a car wash and vacuum. When the car wash was finished my car had a bunch of dirt on it still, complained about it and asked if I could get a rewash and they told me I had to have the platinum package in order to rewash my car that was not originally washed right. I went to have my car washed on Aug. 1, 2019. When I got home, I noticed a green-yellow scratch about 8 or 9 inches long going from one end of the fuel door to the rear light. I showed the manager, and he immediately became aggressive and said that it never happened there and he wouldn't even listen to what I was asking. Their brushes/scrubbers are green & yellow by the way, just like the scratch on my car. They said "you can file a claim"---of course, I said. But they had run out of forms, so I had to write what happened on a piece of paper. Why did they run out of forms? Because I'm sure other people have had complaints about this place. And the manager needs customer service training STAT! FOLLOW UP: I went to speak with the owner, and he was empathetic and very accessible. He explained to me how the system works and he took care of my issue. I'm changing my review to two stars instead of one because of the manager's attitude. Took my car to the car wash. Got the basic wash. Ended up with soap and water still running off my car I asked the office about another wash. They said I only got the basic so no rewash. So to get a good wash and service you need to pay more. I will never take my car there again. Don't get your car washed here it is a waste of money and time. read more

They have now quit scrubbing the front of your vehicle. After I took my truck through I noticed that the top of my toolbox was all scratched up. I went to the office to report and they said it couldn't have happened there. Do not take your car here to be washed as it will be damaged. read more
