Came out to drive and found rear passenger tire totally flat. We found a big screw in it. Luckily, we had an air compressor and filled it. It was holding enough to get to town to get it repaired. We called Daniels to be sure it was open and that they could repair the tire. They were really nice & helpful on the phone. We made it there and were directed to just outside a stall. Ralph, the assistant manager, helped us. He took off the tire and started fixing it right away. He fixed it in a way so the wall wouldn't come apart. We feel confidence in his repair. We got back on the street fast and for only $20. We would definitely recommend Daniels for tire repair. We hope we don't need to buy we would definitely come back if we had another tire problem and are, now, checking on prices for new tires. read more

My review is on an individual mechanic, not the shop entirely. I had Fernando instal a non AFM kit on my pickup truck. He told me that he could install the kit without any problems. He took my truck in May and told me that he should be completed in two weeks. It is now mid August and my truck leaks oil like a sieve and can't run. I took my truck back to Fernando three additional times to fix the issue, with no luck! I brought my truck home this last time and as soon as I parked my truck the smell of burnt oil and smoke filled the air. I've left messages and called him only to get ignored. Now I have to hire another mechanic to repair what he couldn't. I'm sure the shop has capable and knowledgeable mechanics, but Fernando has to be the exception. read more

We were making an emergency trip to California from Arizona an blew a tire in El Centro. We ended up a block away from Daniel's Tire Service and were greeted by the Manager, Ralph after we limped the car to this place. We explained that we were in a hurry for an emergency, and Ralph made sure to get a new tire installed and we were back on the road in just a bit over 20 minutes! The wife had forgotten we wallet/debit card, and they allowed us to email them a picture of her ID and debit card. No wonder this place has such good reviews. We definitely recommend! read more

Two days to get an alignment, took my car Friday first thing was told it was going to be done before the day ended, didn't happen. I had to call them and ask them about status, said they couldn't get to it, oh well, wait for Monday they said by 9am, called them at 10 am, nothing. Wasn't able to get my car until after 3. Asked for rotation on my tires since the alignment was off, didn't get it. Not sure if people don't care but if you are trying to have your car service fast, DO NOT GO THERE. Will not recommend, just avoid. read more

I must say that the customer service, prices, and timeliness at this shop are outstanding. Last week, on the day I had to fly out of San Diego, I had a'low tire' indicator on my dash board. I stopped at the shop to see what they could do to get me road-ready. I thought i must have had a nail in my tire and it would be a quick fix. It turned out that I had a significant piece of tread missing from the inside edge of, not one, but two of my tires, missing. It was so scary to see the condition of the tires! I was so glad I didn't ignore it. My size tires weren't in stock, so they quoted a price and offered to order them for the next day. I was going to be out of town, plus I wanted to price compare, so I declined. But, when I price compared ... Daniels totally had a fair and reasonable price! I called them back and placed the order for for new tires. Fast forward three days and they installed the tires. I can't believe what a difference it makes for my car. But mostly, they were professional, courteous, fair priced, timely ... all the good things we would want in a tore shop. Thanks! read more

I took one of my cars into Daniels Tires a few weeks ago and let's just say I will be back. I took it to Daniels because a few friends recommended them, since the Nissan dealership kept saying the brakes didn't need to be replaced even though they squeaked loudly and the brake pedal would shake. I called and Daniel answered and we set an appointment for me to come in later the day to see what the problem was. Daniel greeted me at my car, took down all the needed information and I left my car in their hands. Sure enough, I NEEDED new rear brakes and for my rotors to be resurfaced. I took it in the next day since they would be closing for the day. My brakes no longer squeal and the car doesn't shake at all. I feel safe in my car again. I will definitely be taking my other vehicles to Daniels to be taken care of. Thank you guys again!!! read more

Every time I go here for an oil change- They greet me with a smile, which I love! I'm not sure what his name is, but he's an older gentlemen, he is always very comical when I go, which is nice for a change! They do the job honestly, and most importantly- they do it right! We were able to quickly get a steering damper shock replaced on our Class C motorhome at Daniels when passing through the El Centro area. I called Adrian at the front desk there the day before and he was able to have the shock in house when we arrived. They got us in quickly and had the damper shock replaced in less than a half hour. This was a pretty simple job, but we are always glad to find places that are willing to work on motorhomes when out traveling. They even have 2 bays just for RVs. Definitely look them up if you are RVing in this area, as they are glad to help with the services they offer such as tires, shocks, etc. read more

They were able to fix my tire, do the oil change, check/fix all my tire pressure, and replace an air filter, too. The service was friendly, the wifi worked fine while I was waiting, and I was back on the road before long. The only issue was that the ladies' room was out of service. The old tires were six years old but very low milage and visually looked find but since this was blow out #2 we went to there shop and had five more tires installed.
