They were friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough--cleaning everything plus the details most companies miss like window tracks and under the sliding glass door. This wasn't a quick wipe-down--they scrubbed and scraped everything. I got five bids, and Leaf Organic was the only company that came out in person to walk the house and be upfront about expectations. They told me most companies charge $500-$600 but only stay a few hours--and based on my past experience, that's true. You're always left wishing they did more. With Leaf Organic, there was none of that. Not a speck of dust anywhere. We also have an English Cream Golden Retriever that sheds like crazy. They cleaned my 17' long dog and once they were done there was as zero pet hair to be found on a cloth couch and in my house. It's absolutely worth paying more--you truly get what you pay for. This is the first time I've had a deep clean where I felt completely satisfied. I'll definitely be using them again for yearly deep cleaning and their monthly service.

They did a great job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom - she got my toilet cleaner than I thought possible and was able to explain the reason for the light discoloration that couldn't be gotten rid of (which was very helpful). The other cleaner (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name) did an amazing job on my microwave (another tough one). She also went above and beyond even offering to clean the floors in the areas they worked in where she worried she may have made them messier - I really don't think it was possible to make them messier, but I took her up on her offer and she did a great job.
