Brenda and her crew were amazing! I needed a move-out cleaning on a 2800 sf home to get our deposit back. The house had hard water and it had been really hard to keep up with the buildup around the kitchen and bath fixtures, and especially the glass shower surround. The house also (for some odd reason) had a gas range with NO hood for grease, steam or other vapors and the kitchen had a lot of grease that had aerosolized over the three years we'd lived there (plus the prior - um - FOREVER that others had lived and cooked there with no hood!!!), so the walls needed wiping, the pendant lights were greasy, the floors were greasy... To make the housecleaner's nightmare complete, we had a Great Dane. If you know Danes, you know they are notorious for drooling and when they shake their head it goes flying everywhere. Even if you love Danes, cleaning up after them is not always fun. And once that drool dries, it takes a bit of elbow grease to get it off the walls, doors, baseboards, and sometimes ceiling without damaging the paint. It was a big job. Brenda and her crew were up to the task. And for a very affordable price, I might add. Not only were they flexible (I think we changed the date/time of the cleaning twice), but they were very reliable, trustworthy, independent, communicative, and did a sparkling clean job! Our landlord was impressed. They said they wouldn't even need to bring other providers in before they listed the house for sale. That was impressive. I wish I'd taken before and after pics because they would tell the whole story. Hire these guys - you won't regret it. She also knows a very affordable carpet cleaner with whom she can coordinate, should you need that. His prices were also very good, though we didn't use him since we'd already arranged for carpets to be done prior to meeting Brenda. read more

Brenda and her team showed up promptly (actually became available earlier than we planned which helped me out) and followed any direction I gave them towards how I wanted some things cleaned or things I told them to ignore. Brenda and team did an incredible job with our messy townhouse. Half of our stuff is still in boxes from our move, and they moved expertly through all of the chaos, creating order as they went. They went above and beyond what we'd agreed to. Brenda has relentlessly high standards, and she and her team were done in record time. I had a Move out interior cleaning--She did a great job cleaning a 2400+ sq ft home that I was renting and had tons of big windows. She cleaned the windows and blinds good and she was very professional. I liked how attention to detail she was during the assessment of the home. She points out a lot of things and I appreciated that because some people would of probably avoided the extra work but she cares about her clients and brand, it showed. Thanks Brenda! read more

Mediocre work at best. They arrived an hour past scheduled time (which they confirmed) and didn't provide an update until I reached out to check on status. This was supposed to be an initial "deep clean" which was poorly executed and they completed in about 2hrs for nearly $400. I could have done a better job myself. I pointed out the areas of concern and was told "well next time we'll schedule more time to take care of", which was a contradiction to them explaining they don't charge by the hour but by the job when I asked for an explanation as to why the cleaning wasn't thoroughly done. I do not recommend going through their service if you're looking for quality service. I have experienced better cleaning services for the price. read more

Fast responses and good cleaners. I needed a move-out clean for an 1100 sq ft townhouse that we let get excessively dirty. Brenda charged a fair price and was done quickly. I will be hiring her again for cleaning in our new rental (which I will clean better myself as well :P) read more

This review is long overdue, but life has been a little crazy lately. Brenda and her sister-in-law came through for my husband and I with some very speedy, very friendly, very affordable move out cleaning on March 4, 2020. Brenda got back to me within minutes of requesting a quote. Due to a cancellation, she was able to fit us in same-day. She drove over promptly and after a quick once-over of our place, gave me a ready quote of $295 to give a 2,100 square foot house a move out clean. Once I said OK, she and her sister-in-law who came to help, immediately pulled all their cleaning gear out of their car and set to work. It was such a relief as we didn't have a ton of time left to move out of our old place and it would've taken hours of energy we didn't have. Brenda was super friendly, engaging us in small talk - and wouldn't even let me be embarrassed about the cobwebs she found in my living room, etc. It was like having a really helpful girlfriend help you out in a pinch. They were done within two and a half hours. I was so grateful and relieved! Couldn't recommend Brenda more. Also - to showcase her thoughtfulness: we misplaced the garage door opener to our old rental, and I texted her to see if it ended up among her cleaning items. She said she searched her whole car and couldn't find it. The following day, she texted just to check in to see if we'd found it yet. Finally it appeared in one of our boxes at the new place, and I was able to let her know we were good. Very kind! :) read more
