I previously purchased blank invitations on sale at Target and I wanted to avoid the hassle of printing myself on my home printer. Unfortunately most printers refuse to print on these type of invitations because they want you to purchase their own card stock. (The card stock also needs to be a certain thickness for their machines to work as well, but these invitations were compatible.) I was able to email Mr. Bates templates that I liked as well as the format that I wanted. He matched the fonts that I emailed him perfectly He was able to give me a proof the very next day. As a bit of a perfectionist, I met with him three times to change my invitation wording and he was so very patient with me. I couldn't be happier with the final result. After having him print 60 invitations, 60 response cards, and 60 return envelopes, the price was around $55. That's extremely cheap for a print shop.
