The lady that blow dried my hair was talented and very nice. The owner on the other hand was very nasty. I called and asked how much they would charge for a blow out. They asked how long my hair was I responded shoulder length hair. They said it would be $33. When the lady finished I asked how much and she said $40 I told her they quoted me $33 over the phone. She then asked the owner said $50 in a very nasty tone of voice. Never again! read more

Wow Wow Wow. My first time here. Arrived on time with an appointment with the owner. First she said she would be with me soon. I could see she was coloring another client's hair. About ten minutes later she took another customer and told me she would take me after someone washed my hair. After waiting 15 minutes total I left. When I got home, the owner called and YELLED at ME for leaving! She told me I was impatient like most people, and I was mad because she didn't just drop everything and take care of me. She said a few other inappropriate things before hanging up on me. I was never rude to her nor did I raise my voice. I called her back to let her know that her call was another example of how a professional businesswoman should not act. I told her I would let my friends and family know, and she said "Go ahead. There are about 9 other places on the island to get your hair cut". Well, here's my recommendation: Go to one of the other 9 places. read more

Gave the place a try since I really needed my straggly hair cut. Fingers crossed, I went in and gave Gina 2 pictures and said cut it off. I had 5-6 inches cut off and she did exactly what I asked and also did what seems to be a great job. The real test will be styling it myself! read more

I go here as well as many in our family both male and female of all ages. They handle all things very well. And not only do you look awesome walking out but the cut stays looking absolutely perfect as it grows in, which is where I think the REAL mastery comes in. So I called this morning to see if I could get an appointment for either today or tomorrow for a haircut, as I have a funeral to attend later this week. I was given an 11:30 appointment and was out by 12:05. During this time I saw the stylists attend kindly to a woman with Alzheimer's as well as call appointments for one of the stylists who went home ill and make arrangements to get them rescheduled.
