I went along with my bf to get a hair cut after he called and walked in a couple places and got " No's". So we looked in Yelp and found this place. It was walk in so no appointments needed (yet). We got there, he went inside and I was waiting in a car out in a parking lot. He came back within 15 mins or so, I was so impressed! He changed my bf's the whole new look, nicely hair cut and even shaved his beard too for $25, plus tip. My bf kept saying the guy who was so nice and did a wonderful job, quick and fast. I wanted to try a new barber that wasn't from my area and I was obviously looking for a fresh cut to sport at the beach. I originally picked Zach's because I saw great reviews on here and decided to give them a try. I was not disappointed at all! My haircut was probably the best cut I ever had in my life and my barber was so friendly. I was a little skeptical getting a haircut at the beach with so many places to choose from and not going to my regular barber, but trust me this place is worth it. Only possible downside is location if you're staying closer to the boardwalk,because it's near the Delaware border. Definitely worth the quick bus ride there though! Next time I need a haircut in OCMD I'm going here! read more

One of the few places around that knows how to do a flat top and Zach is the man. It's the closest barber to Ocean View/Bethany Beach, Delaware that is capable and reasonable. This place is simply fantastic. Every single man, young man and child I saw leave this place looked very sharp and polished. They all had a "look" about them. There were 4 very busy barbers and a full waiting area. This did not stop the small town feel of kicking around stories and pleasantries with other customers in the waiting room. My son 8 saw Sal. He was fantastic, he gave my son a fantastic cut for back to school. Gave him a new "look". Taught me how to recreate it with product at home. They accepted credit cards (where I live no barber shops accept credit cards) so that was important. I would come back every time we are in OC. Which is about every 3 weeks. He boosted my sons confidence, and gave him a reason to style his hair again. I am leaving off one star, though would have only removed a half because they were busy, for the insane amount of hair on the floor that really needed to be swept up. Big time. I did not hold it against them. Bravo! read more

I was on vacation and needed a cut, so after reading some reviews and talks with some locals I decided this was the place to go. I decided to get a cut from Zach, who was closer to my age(33) and I figured he would best know the cut I wanted. I sat in the chair and showed him some pictures of how I wanted my haircut....traditional taper long on top and short on the sides. Zach is super friendly and a talented barber.
