Yes, I ran the NYC Marathon in 2021, but just this year did I finally get around to purchasing my finish line photo. After utilizing Adam's Photoshop skills in the past, I reached out to him to see if he could work his magic, and he exceeded my expectations. Attached you will see the before and after where Adam was able to remove three people that were crossing the finish line at the same time as me so now the focus is fully on me which feels super special. And he was even able to fill in the text on the ground that those people were previously blocking which wowed me. I rarely have a good race photo as I haven't figured out how to look photogenic while sweaty and in pain but that is a lesson for another day. In a pinch I was looking for a new photographer to take professional real estate photos, I was able to book the session for the following week right on time for my deadline since we needed photos by that week. I opted into the 35 photos, 10 aerial photos, social media reel, and a 2D design of our home. Because the air would not go below °79 degrees she called my company, Rescue One. She claimed that she was my property manager, gave them her email and said that it was an emergency. At the time I was in the middle of a Dr. appointment. This caused a series of events that cost me additional money to replace a minor valve. Confidentiality and ethics were breached and though no law was broken ( I don't think so anyhow) I would stay away from this company and this especially this agent.

We weren't going to move in until August so I'm not sure what the urgency to sign the lease that day was. I called her and said I will not sign the lease and she was extremely rude to me and my bf, saying we don't meet the qualifications and that her daughter said she shouldn't rent to us. I asked her why she sent us the lease and approved us for the home if she didn't want to rent to us. Then she told us someone else gave the deposit and they are taking the house. She didn't tell us any of this, she was waiting for us to send the money so she could pocket it and give the house to someone else. And now the house is still on the market. Joan is a liar, a scammer, and I'm so happy we did not trust her!
