I never leave poor ratings but I have never experienced such rude service. Went in and the worker was on her phone who rolled her eyes at me coming in and asked for my name and was extremely rude. I left without even getting my threading done due to how poorly I was treated just by coming inside as if I was a huge problem. Would give 0 stars if possible. read more

This place is great for getting your eyebrows done. The staff is attentive and fast, and they do a very good job at shaping your brows. They take walk ins and are usually not terribly busy so it's easy to be seen quickly. Compared to other places in town its much more convenient. They offer a range of other threading services as well and both men and women come here. read more

I realize Perfect Eyebrow Threading has nothing but 5-star reviews, so this this review may stand out. Note that this review does not have anything to do with the service, but rather expired coupon at the top of salon's website. I'm a college student, AKA extremely tight on money. I saw online that P.E.T. had a $5 off coupon available for all students and staff at the local universities/colleges in the area, so you bet that I took the coupon straight to the salon in hopes of paying $8 rather than $13 on my threading. I got to the salon with my student id in hand and let them know that I had their coupon, but the lady at the front told me "I'm sorry, that voucher EXPIRED LAST YEAR and we can't/don't know how to take it off of our website." I was pretty upset, but it was late and all of my roommates had come in with me after a grocery run so I figured I might as well just get my brows done anyways. When I got to my car, I checked the coupon again and saw that in the tiniest writing it stated that the coupon was only valid from 10/16/2017 through 12/31/2017. At the time, I honestly should have said something, but I didn't want to cause a scene. I just think that it is incredibly misleading and unethical, almost rude, to put a coupon on the top of your website when they knew that the discount was going to expire after two months, and then to not know how to take it down. The women in the salon should have just given me the discount anyways and told me that it wouldn't be marked down in the future; the main reason that I went to P.E.T. was because of the discounted price, so I was really disappointed when I left. The service itself was good and the salon was really cute inside, but it just really rubs me the wrong way when businesses low-key deceive their customers the way that they did with me. Call me dramatic, but Perfect Eyebrow Threading, your website needs a refresher anyways - just redesign your it and take the coupon DOWN! read more

Coming from the Bay Area, I was surrounded by countless eyebrow threading places and had way too many to choose from. After moving to Eugene, I have been hesitant to let anyone touch my brows. There are about 3 parking spots in front that are reserved just for the shop. Once I got in, I signed in without an appointment. The woman who was working let me know that walk ins are accepted at any time! That was great to note. Sat down for maybe 5 minutes while she worked on another client. Finally it was my turn, she was friendly and provided great service! She made me feel welcomed and really took her time. In the end, I was extremely happy with how my brows turned out! $13 for brows was not a bad price either! read more

Alyssa did impeccable work on my brows! I've been to my fair share of eyebrow threading salons throughout Oregon and California, and I will tell you that Alyssa is one of the few estheticians who doesn't rush through the threading process. She pays attention to detail and ensures that no stray hairs are left behind. After threading my brows, she also trimmed them to make sure they were even (which is a service that many threading salons, surprisingly, don't provide). At the very end of my appointment, she put some aloe on my skin so that it wouldn't get irritated. I felt very comfortable throughout my entire experience here. Alyssa and the other staff members were very kind and they truly take pride in their work. The salon is beautiful and clean, and the staff makes sure that their customers feel welcomed and pampered. Thank you, ladies! I will definitely be back! EDIT: One more thing, I found out that this salon is owned by the same person who owns the popular eyebrow threading kiosk at Valley River Center. They were very efficient with having people waiting (you sign up for a spot on their iPad and they call/message you when it's your turn, so you can even keep shopping while you wait) and everyone was friendly Been waxing my brows for years so I was definitely looking for an alternative with the horror stories you hear about salons as far as cleanliness and safety goes, so I was definitely pleased with the outcome. Alyssa made sure I had a say in the shape/style of my brows throughout the threading, she gave good tips and was quick! Since moving to a smaller city in Oregon from California with fewer choices I'm very hesitant to let anyone touch my eyebrows. But while I was making a trip to Eugene I thought I'd have a wider selection to choose from so I got on yelp and found this place. Wasn't sure how it would be since only 7 reviews had been made but I was very pleased! The location was easy to find and the facility was clean and welcoming. The two ladies working were very kind. Lady with the beautiful curly hair who worked on my eyebrows did an excellent job. She took her time and even asked me my opinion on how I liked the process so far as she was going along to make sure the arch was what i wanted. I'd highly recommend to anyone just wish I would have remembered her name so I could get her again! read more

WOW! Well I've never had my eyebrows done and after looking at all the great reviews decided to try it today and boy am I glad! I'm the kind of person to think if they have just great reviews either they are THAT good or all I can see are great reviews. They are that good! I walked in and no one else was there, it WAS Sunday so that might be why but I was taken to chair and it was done in less then 15 minutes! Stephanie did both my brows and lip and man..OW! But not only was it quick when my eyes started to water she smiled and said "that's what happens with most people, it's a sensitivity I guess". She was nice and very efficient at her work! One of the few places to get threaded in the area and definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a place with experienced, friendly staff, and great results. The salon itself is gorgeous - very clean, modern, and private although the location itself is very central and easy to find (behind Chipotle on Coburg road). The employees are all amazing, but Raman is my favorite! I always leave satisfied and feeling beautiful with literally perfect eyebrows, plus it's so much better for your skin and lasts longer than waxing. read more
