I really tried to like this place. But I've decided to stop going to I Love Lashes. One, they've consistently taken 3 hours to do a fill on my lashes. That's just way too long. It's never taken more than 1.5 hours for me to get a fill with my favorite lash artist back home. Plus their chairs are not very comfy. I start to get really sore when I'm laying on their chair past the second hour. I just don't feel like I get enough bang for my buck going there. $90 for a fill (and then I always tip too) but I have to wait 24 hours before getting my lashes wet and they seem to fall out much quicker...which is probably why it takes them longer to fill them in when I come back for my appointments. I flew back home for a weekend and went back to my favorite lash artist and she showed me that their volume fans aren't as flared as how she does it, that's why they don't look as full. I walked out of there LOVING my eyelash extensions and it was only $60 for a fill. It's been 3 weeks and my extensions still look great. I'm sticking with Borboleta instead of Xtreme. I think I Love Lashes has great customer service and they definitely know what they're doing. But this place is not for me. read more

I had the pleasure of having my brows micro-bladed, my upper eyelids given permanent eyeliner, and my lips permanently tinted by Lili and the Bespoke Beauty by Design location. The procedures were professional, educational, and she put me at ease. I am so happy with the results! I would recommend Lili and her team for any work you may want done to pamper yourself. This was my first time to this studio, and my first time having anything done to my eyelashes. I found them after searching for eyelash extensions; my best friend started getting them (in Seattle), and was raving about them so I decided to look into it. However, once I found I Love Lashes!, I found the LVL Lash treatment and felt it might be a better option for me. I am a low-maintenance type of girl who doesn't wear much make-up. Though I love how I look with mascara, I abhor taking it off at night so default to eyeliner or nothing at all, and the idea of the need for regular "fills" was a turn-off for me. So a few months ago I called to ask a few questions, and the girl I spoke with was very gracious and informative. Not being quite ready yet, I didn't schedule an appointment. Last month I finally decided to take the leap, and called but got an answering machine. I left my message and waited for a call back, but none came. I got a little nervous that this was a sign of the quality of the salon... Thankfully it was not. :-) A week later I decided to call again, and again got the answering machine. Argh! I left another message, stating I hadn't heard from anyone despite my call a week earlier, and was promptly called back by Lilian and given a sincere apology. She was booked out quite a ways, but she was able to schedule me with her sister, Marysol, the following Friday. Friday arrived and I made my way to Oakway Center - silly me, I've lived in Eugene on and off for years, but never realized Oakway had an indoor mall section. Guess this place is more than Trader Joes and BedBathandBeyond. Anyway, I got there a few minutes early so took a seat. The studio was small but tidy, and I found the decor to be modern, feminine, and overall quite stylish. Marysol actually ended up arriving a few minutes late, but admitted it and apologized, something I appreciated (I hate it when people try to gloss over stuff like that). She immediately got me situated in their "work" area, which is in the back of the studio behind some privacy curtains, with two comfortable, curved tables/beds for the customers to recline on; she even had a soft blanket to cover me when she noticed I was a little cold (that's not the salon's fault - everyone else was hot and I am ALWAYS cold). Finally, on to the treatment. Marysol was personable, polite and professional, and despite being a bit late, she did not rush. She explained every step before she did it, and made sure I knew what to expect. The actual process was painless and rather relaxing. The video on their website by Lisa Eldridge explains it all, so I knew roughly what would happen. The end result was fabulous! I love it - my lashes are curled just like the pics on their site, and Marysol did an excellent job making sure each lash was curled correctly (i.e. individually separated, no "clumping" like it seemed Lisa Eldridge had, which was my biggest fear). I am completely satisfied and plan to keep doing this on a fairly regular basis. I'll likely try the lash extensions, too, at some point if I have some sort of "big" even to attend, as they do look incredible. Check out their website, then given them a try. I love lashes is amazing! Each of the Estheticians who work here are detail oriented and total perfectionists. I get compliments on my lash extensions nearly every day because they do incredible work. Lily, the owner has created a beautiful space with a relaxing atmosphere. I fall asleep when I go in. I went to get my eyelashes extensions for the first time and I was a little nervous but the minute I get in the lash stylist was warmly welcoming and able to answer all my questions. Her name is Nohemy and she explained all the process in a very simple and professional way. She listen and always check how I was doing. Elsie was incredible! I went to her to get eyelash extensions for my very first time. I was nervous before the appointment, and she reassured me by answering all my questions days before we met in person. The day of, she took a good amount of time talking with me and looking at pictures I brought to try to show the look I was after. I had no idea there were so many lengths and curls to choose from! She talked me through all the options and made her recommendations. The studio was clean and Elsie was so kind to me. She talked me through the whole process, step by step, so I was always aware of what she was working on and what was coming next. The final product was outstanding! Elsie made my lashes look EXACTLY how I described. She saw my vision better than I did, and she created such a great look for me. She took so much care in making sure my lashes were perfect. I had contacted the shop using the phone number on their website and was then told to reach out to one of the girls directly using their cell number. After receiving some information on upcoming availability and pricing via text I went back and listened to the voicemail I had missed. In the voicemail I was told I had contacted this person before and in my next message I had indicated that I believed this was my first time contacting her. I was then told that I'd contacted her previously (sounded like she meant I'd contacted multiple times?) and always said her time slots did not work for me. Perhaps I had contacted over a year ago prior to a friend's wedding that I was in but I ended up going to a friend's lash tech, having made that appointment well in advance - it was not a last minute decision that resulted in my contacting many techs. I am not sure why this was brought up unless it was because she thought I was going to waste her time. Perhaps I am taking it the wrong way but the tone of the text seemed negative. I do my best to be respectful of others' time and tip well. I do my best to never make appointments I think I may not be able to keep, so if I had contacted her and just don't recall it and had said the times she offered didn't work, it is because I didn't want to make an appointment I might have to cancel. It left me feeling bad about the interaction, especially since they seem to be one of the most reputable places in town that provides the service I am looking for. I don't want to make an appointment now because I believe I am viewed as someone who will waste a tech's time. Will be going elsewhere. :/ read more

I've had my extensions for several years (at least). Elsie did my original set, Lili has worked on my lashes many times and now, I have Marysol do my extensions. I have the volume lashes and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them! I have very short, sparse, straight lashes and, with the help of I Love Lashes and Marysol, I have BEAUTIFUL lashes that I love! The studio is beautifully decorated and neat as a pin. Oh, and they have high-quality cosmetics available for purchase.
