Over the next 3 days, I called, no answer. I texted, no response. I was headed out of town for a week and would be attending several events. She had my outfits and refused to communicate. I started searching online for more outfits. I decided to call once more and she answered. No apologies, no explanation. I just gotta say, this tailor is by far one of my favorites. I loved the quality of the blue dress that she tailored so much, I wish I could have just found the same dress for my wedding dress in white. Usually takes a week. The two dresses, I think to hem and take in and some other cosmetic changes on the blue dress and same for my other dress and that was like $200 or so. Depending on the work, it costs more. I brought like ten jeans for hemming and a jumpsuit to take in since the legs were weirdly baggy and that was like $200. I'm willing to pay the money rather than muck it up myself. I've referred my mother as well who also is vertically challenged. A good tailor is hard to find. Will certainly be back

As someone who sews myself, I knew this was a repair beyond my comfort level. I carefully marked the adjustment with pins to show exactly where the alteration was needed. They did an amazing job--no one would ever know the zipper had been altered. The work was seamless and expertly done. Anyone who thinks the service is overpriced may not fully appreciate the skill and craftsmanship that quality tailoring requires. I found the cost to be more than fair for such exceptional work and would not hesitate to recommend them.
