I have somewhat of a high end wardrobe, and I'm very picky about alterations. Yenisley is obviously incredibly talented and, more importantly, she has outstanding design room technique. This comes as no surprise, because she's actually a fashion designer! So, Armani is my brand, because his suit jackets have always fit me best. Still, the fit was never perfect, because I have a really small waist, and I'd always wanted the jackets to look more fitted. Well, Yenisley made that magic happen. I am so thrilled that I found her. She has taken in pants, jackets, a pinstriped vest, and hemmed my trousers. I will slowly be bringing my whole closet to her! read more

The business owner, Yeni, responded within an hour with an estimated cost and proceeded to make arrangements for us to meet. Yeni provided fantastic service from the start to the end of our business transaction. Her alteration work was impeccable! I ordered a pair of jeans online and they came in and where a bit big. I needed them tailored before I left town and did a quick yelp search. I sent this place a message and got a response within minutes! I was able to arrange to bring my jeans in the next morning, Jenny was very nice and was able to help me exactly with what I needed. She finished my jeans in less than a week and they were perfect when I picked them up! I'm so glad I found this place, I will definitely keep going and send my friends and family with tailoring needs. read more

**Please be careful with this place. They refused to return $30 of my deposit, gave no upfront…read morepricing, and completed alterations without my approval. This was one of the most stressful and unprofessional experiences I've ever had.** I left a $50 deposit and was told I'd receive a quote in a couple of days. No one ever contacted me. I called multiple times over the next week and got no response at all. When I finally showed up in person, I discovered they had already completed the alterations without ever giving me a price or confirming whether I agreed to the work. At that point, I had no real choice--my items were already altered, and I was suddenly given a very high cash‑only total. They also do not provide proper receipts, which made the situation feel even more questionable. The final amount they demanded did not reflect my deposit correctly. They owed me $30 in change and refused to give it to me, even after I pointed it out. That money is simply gone. Between the lack of communication, the surprise pricing, and the refusal to return the difference from my deposit, the entire experience felt extremely unfair and deeply unprofessional. After reading another customer's review describing almost the exact same issues--no upfront pricing, cash‑only pressure, inconsistent totals, and items being held until payment--it's clear this isn't an isolated situation. This was the most stressful alteration experience I've ever had. I strongly recommend going elsewhere to avoid the same problems.

This was after I had inquired about them three times over the course of the year, only to be repeatedly told they never had my dress pants. Now, a year later, they inform me that the pants are ready for pickup, along with the other items I dropped off just a week ago. I expected to be greeted with empathy, an apology for their mistake, and perhaps even a gesture of goodwill by waiving the charge for the pants they had misplaced and insisted they never had. Instead, when I entered the business, there was no friendly greeting, which was disappointing but unsurprising given the employees' strictly business-like approach. I mentioned the call about the pants they accused me of not dropping off, only to suddenly find them after my third inquiry. I then asked if I still needed to pay, considering they had temporarily lost the item. It's just $3 we're talking about, but good customer service would have included an apology and accountability for their mistake. Instead, the young man behind the counter simply stated, "You still have to pay for it." So, I did--but at least acknowledge the error. If you're looking for good customer service, you won't find it here. And based on some reviews, their quality doesn't back up their "business-like mindset" either. With so many other dry cleaning services available, there's no need to bother with this place.

Yenisley and her team at Y M Fashion (including Veronica) are really talented at alterations. I took two Macy's dresses that had intricate cascading ruffles and wanted a cocktail length on one and an evening length of the other as I'm only 5ft. When I collected the dresses they looked store-bought and the workmanship was perfection! I couldn't even find a flaw or one reason to complain. I'm so glad I found this amazing woman-owned business within easy commute from Spring and The Woodlands. The salon was inviting, clean, very professional with a dedicated parking lot. The owner and her team are down to earth and so easy to communicate with. As an added convenience, their scheduling and payment system are fully digitized for a non-cash transaction if that is your preference. I'm already going back with a few pairs of pants so that I can get usage of those clothing items that I've never had the time to alter. Did I mention that Y M's prices were reasonable and also cheaper compared to others? This is such a relief during these days of needed everyday affordability. This place is a hidden gem. I am so lucky I found this on yelp. I had a rush order when I couldn't find anyone else to do it and the customer service is amazing with reasonable pricing and great turn around time. I had my name and credentials embroidered on my scrubs and the final product was exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and friendly couple. Now this is my go to place for all my alterations and embroidery. I highly recommend Yenisley and Luigi , you will be impressed with their quality of work and professionalism. Yenisley was the absolute sweetest and made sure my dress fit perfectly for such a special night. She even did the alterations as a sponsorship to support the cause, which meant so much.
