Let's not forget about the new "bonding" serum she used which felt like she stuck a torch directly in my eye! The next day we exchanged a few text messages and she said she would refund me my money. Well it's the day before Christmas Eve, she ended up blocking me on her cell phone and never returned any of my calls. Keep in mind I never lost my temper... I was actually in tears because she took away something I wanted for the holidays! Jennifer is very unprofessional, is cold hearted and untrustworthy! Then came the harder issue for me, the perming solution began burning. Kaitlyn was prompt with helping me at that point. Speeding through to the after and roughly 3 hours after; I'm finding grief that has been left on my eyes, there are areas of tint that were not removed, and my eyes are still sensitive. First impressions can be the most important aspect of any customer service area, but it blew most trust out of the water with Kaitlyn. With this being my first eyelash lift and tint, I thought I as a customer would have been more important that whatever conversation was with her friend. Additionally, I asked about aftercare; she never brought it up.

There were several lashes poking into my eye which created clear discomfort. There were clearly too much glue on the root of the extension, and when I got home there were black lash glue started rubbing off in the corner of my eye. I requested for the classic lash set, right after the application was done. Ends of my left eye, there was a lash extension popped out from the roots, I informed her on it. She took a bit of time to fix it, at the time I'm started to suspect her visions are not very sharp and that she could not see clearly. Tammy did not tell me any lash after care nor did she mention any "refills" needed etc she kept on telling me convincing me how "booked and busy" she is and how talented she is at lashes basically the whole time. I went home with an itch in my eye, I took a picture it was clear she only did one row of my upper lash and some of my own lash were falsely bends inward to be glued on. I have several row of lashes didn't have extensions on and also she didn't stick any lash extensions to the lashes in my outer corner...a lot of them are glued to my eyelid.. When I contact Tammy the NEXT day regarding this she kept on saying it's normal to have lash sticking on the water line or on the lid even when it's clearly poking into my eye. At first Tammy even attempted to blame me saying my lashes are too short and they were too low so that's why she has to apply to my root(what?) . I haven't been doing eyelash extensions for 2+ years, and prior to that none of my eyelash technicians ever said that to me and I know what a classic lash extension should look like and it def shouldn't feel this much discomfort. Tammy refuse to refund me the money, now I have to pay extra to go to another lash tech to remove it and redo it.

Saw his photos and gave him a try. He mostly does 2 styles of lashes. Classic, which have the single lash application for those who want a less "full" look and then Hybrid version where he blends in the multiple-lash lashes with the Classics for those who want a fuller look. I started with Classic then moved into the Hybrids. I've been dating a guy for almost 2 months and he had no idea my lashes were not real. Rene takes his time and makes them perfect. AND on top of that his prices are great compared to the rest of the market. My lashes can last 4-5 weeks if I don't mess with them, but I probably get a little addicted to the fuller look and get fills every 2-3 weeks. I book on Vagaro app and it's super easy. Do it!!
