Love this place. Just a little too pricey for me unless they have the 20% off promotion. The manager Lilly (I think) was so sweet and funny. Love the extra massage. Oh and I also love their massage chairs and bar! I won't go to nail saloon anymore that doesn't serve wine lol. The only time I get away from my kids. I def want wine lol. I'm hooked, usually places near Colleyville are super expensive and spending $85 after tip for a sub par color change and basic pedicure from luxury nail place off glade had me desperately looking for a decent nail place with reasonable pricing. I heard from a friend to try the new perfect nails bar. I'm so happy I came here, I got exactly what I asked for at a much better price. The inside is clean and relaxing, the techs are easy to understand, and they even did a shoulder massage. They offer complimentary drinks from wine to coffee, and the pedicure chairs are super nice. I have been to Perfect Nail Bar several times. The employees are all nice, the salon is clean, and I liked how Nina did my dipping manicures very much. Each time I was there I spent a lot of time, as no one seems to be in much of a hurry, which is okay if you know to expect that and get good results. I went a couple of times and waited for Nina to do my nails (even when I called and asked if Nina was available and was told yes), so I called a couple of days in advance to ask for an actual appointment with Nina at a set time. The owner even put Nina on the phone to set a time with me. I arrived for my appointment time, at 3:30 on a Saturday, and they seated me at a manicure table. I noticed that Nina was serving another customer but was not concerned. They totally ignored me long enough to look up and call two other nail salons to make an appointment right away. About the time I was hanging up with the second salon--which was great, btw--the owner walked over and asked if he could wrap my nails. This was 25 minutes after I arrived at my 'appointment' time. I told him no, he could not wrap my nails, that I had made an appointment for 25 minutes ago and had not been offered anything. I told him I was going to another salon. I don't think they understand the concept of making an appointment. Apparently they only serve walk ins. read more

I have been using Perfect Nail Bar for a few months now and recommend them to my friends. Saturdays are very busy times and as the day goes on they do tend to get behind. I am pleased that they have a regular staff and not a lot of turnover. Mani experts are Loi, Van and Nina but anyone can do them. The salon itself is nice and clean. Obviously cuz it's brand new. There's a bar as for drinks and cocktails. I didn't like how hot it is inside the salon. It's cold outside these days that's why no air conditioning whatsoever. It's hot and muggy. They could have at least prop the door open a little if they didn't want to turn on the air conditioning. Also when I came to get my nails done like 3 people came to me at the same time. I thought it was too much. We had a fabulous luxe pedicure and it was heaven! It included a hot stone massage, shoulder massage and paragon wax. Their massage chairs are buttery leather and state of the art. I had a glass of champagne while my husband had coffee and watched football during his pedicure - he said life doesn't get any better. I have been looking for a new place to get my nails done for a very long time, and today I found it. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the service I received. The pedicure was nice. I do think the tech was very gentle could have applied a little more pressure. But still overall pedicure was great. I even like the fact that the manager came over and cut the ingrown nail for me! My nails are dips and I love them. Very even and done nice. So to top it off they massaged my hands and shoulders after my nails were complete. The bar with a variety of DRINKS was nice. Yet another new nail place in the HEB area. Yet another disappointment IMO. The salon was pretty on the inside but then again they normally are when they are brand new or redone. The whole entire time I was there not one customer came in, nor did the phone ring to make an appointment. The ladies were friendly but my nail tech for my dip manicure was rough, she cut me with that tool and file 3 different times on the same hand, different fingers. She did my eyebrow wax as well, that thankfully was less painful then getting my cuticles cut! My pedicure again was just ok, I got the best pedicure they had because it's 30% off right now, the wax and the hot towels along with the hot stones were steaming hot when applied and burnt my feet and legs when applied. I asked them to match my toes with my gel polish and that to was an epic fail, not even close to what I wanted color wise. Very dissatisfied and won't be returning to this place any time soon. Also it was horribly hot and stuffy in the salon, no air flow at all. This is Texas people, turn the damn air on in these establishments!! read more
