I must say that I am very disappointed with this company. Eric who is the commercial account manager came and did a walk thru here at the building I work in. We did a full walk thru and I was very specific on what we needed done in our garage. He expressed that he does have auto scrubbers and that he had a team that would be able to complete the project but on the day it was supposed to be done and after being stressed out trying to move my tenants vehicle Eric only sends two guys to my property with no auto scrubbers and they didn't even know that they had to clean the floors first or what the size of the garage was so they couldn't even fit their trucks in here so before they left they said Eric will be reaching out. Do NOT call them, I called asking for a quote - had to sit through 2 sales pitches on the phone (I'm already calling you I dont need pitches) to then be qouted 900 dollars (with the 10 percent off of course), I said that seems really high and they immediately dropped it to around 500?! I said I wasnt interested and call ended. They then proceed to call me like 2 times a day every day - I answered 4 times asking them to stop calling me and it just keeps happening. I've told them repeatedly that I'm not interested and to take my number off their list. Yet I get a call or text at least once a week. It's practically harassment at this point. While the simple house cleaning was performed okay, the technician used brute strength to try to clean a stubborn algae stain on the vinyl siding. Apparently he used high pressure at an angle that forced water up and under the siding, allowing water to run down the second floor wall behind the siding where it passed into the attic crawl space below the wall and ultimately into the family room below the attic crawl space. Even I know that you don't use high pressure at an upward angle on the siding so that the water doesn't get behind the siding. So the house is clean but the crawl space is wet and the ceiling of my family room is wet. Not worth it when considering the drying out and drywall repair needed to fix the water intrusion. read more

The worst customer service I have experienced in a long long time. Perfect Power Wash has been installing my Christmas light for a few years. I enjoyed having the lights and paid a lot of money for the service. The last technician ripped the lights from my gutter causing damage. I called for them to fix it and they refuse... they won't even come out to look at it. They told me that the photos I sent are enough for them to confirm they didn't cause the damage. The gutter is 20ft or so off the ground. Photos are not enough. And all I am asking is that they send someone to assess the damage. I am amazed at how poor their customer service is... they rather argue on the phone than find a resolution. Absolute terrible service. Bottom line is if they don't damage your property you'll be fine but if they do... don't expect them to give you the time of day. I guess it's the old... buyer beware. read more

Here a few items: 1. Last year we had the service completed and the technician did a nice job. He moved items for us on our porch and patio and was very neat and clean. 2. We then started to receive emails the following year stating that we signed up for a membership. There was no written contract, just a recording of the phone call. 3. Upon receiving the email, I sent a message and asked for it to be cancelled. We did not need this service done because we just had new windows and siding put on our house. 4. Basic response was too bad. I asked for the written contract to which there was none. They sent me the recording of the phone call that they had with my husband, and it is not very clear what he said yes to. I felt it was sneaky. 4. So, we had them come out and complete service and told several people we are done with them. 5. Nothing was moved. My windows are filthy. My front patio furniture is filthy and rug - again not moved. The employee who came to do the wash was polite and competent. However, I was not satisfied with window sills which were still dirty after the work was done. When I contacted the company for a "redo", I was told that THEY were satisfied with the work. They said they can't get window sills cleaned, and the best they could offer was 40% discount next year. I am not interested in ever having them do any work at my house again, so the 40% discount is useless. I was told that windows were included, and I even asked the worker before he started if he was going to do the windows. He said yes, they are included. Evidently the company doesn't care if their customer is satisfied. They charged me $709 to power wash the house and deck which was supposedly a discount. I know that there are plenty of other companies which power wash houses, and I hope to find one that doesn't charge a fortune for an hour's work and is willing to clean what they say they will clean instead of giving a bunch of excuses. read more

I called on June 20, 2024 and after speaking with Zach, I decided to move forward with this company. At first, I was under the impression that they would be at my house the next day. I then was told that they would be placing me on their schedule for any date between June 20 - July 3. Not sure if I was under the wrong impression initially regarding their scheduling, I agreed to wait for their arrival to occur between the dates provided. I was told that notice would be provided to me so I could prepare for their arrival. Today, I received a text message that they would be coming to power wash the house this afternoon. Seven minutes later I received a phone call stating that they were at my house, but it appeared that no one was home. We were not home at the time of the text or phone call. We could not come home in time to close upstairs windows that were left open. Unfortunately, we were told that we would have to be rescheduled for another day. I called Perfect Power Wash upon our return home and was told (by Cameron) that the notice I received was their standard procedure. I could not be provided any other type of notice, but I could speak to the scheduling department. In speaking with them, I was told that the earliest they could reschedule me was the week of July 15. I decided to cancel my service with them. They did not try to hold on to me as a customer. Seven minutes of notice was unacceptable. The customer service was not what I felt was deserving of the money that would be charged for their services. There are many other power washing companies out there. They did a terrible job, I took pictures of the final result, spoke to customer service and sent the pictures and their answer was that it was construction debris that their service could not remove. Aren't all homes new construction, no matter their age? So they can't get any house clean because they are all new construction at sometime? First their price. It is high. The staff they sent were fine. Their equipment broke down before the job was complete. Another staff member returned the following day but parts of the house and deck were completely missed. Requested they fix via email and never heard back. There are better companies available for hire. Make sure you shop around and don't let them leave until you have checked all their work. Called to get an estimate. First estimate was $910. They called multiple times a day, finally giving me a price of $513. I scheduled Perfect Power Wash to power wash my home. My house has Hardie board siding and I wanted to ensure that they knew how to clean it without damage. The scheduler (Spencer) assured that they had experience with this material. Kelsey arrived on February 22, 2024. It was a rainy, dreary day. She was polite and told me what she would be doing. All work was done from the ground. I have a two story colonial and at no time did she use a ladder to reach the upper siding. When she was done, she did a soft sell on having my flagstone patio powerwashed and told me about some moss on my roof. As I said, the day was rainy and dreary so I did not go outside to inspect the job. Kelsey did tell me about some residue/staining from bird droppings and she was unable to remove the stains. I told her that I understood and would work on it myself. About a week later, we had a beautiful sunny day. I was walking around the house checking out the flower beds for any winter damage. That's when I noticed areas of the house that were apparently untouched by the power washing. Cobwebs with leaf debris clung to the underside of the first floor soffits. Covered patio furniture had not been pulled away from the house. (I would have moved the furniture if Kelsey was unable or not allowed to do so). Nothing was mentioned about it either at the beginning or end of service. There was dirt/debris that I was able to wipe away with my hand. I called the Customer Service number multiple times but was unable to talk with a person as the call always went to voice mail. No one ever called me back. Finally, on March 04 I was able to reach Matt who agreed to send someone out to redo the power wash. I was a good price but the job was not done well and the hassle of having to repeatedly call Customer Service was frustrating. I would not use Perfect Power Wash in the future. UPDATE: March 8. After several more calls to Customer Service, today I spoke with Joe. Joe arranged for Matthew and Bradley to come out today to revisit the job. Matthew and Bradley re-washed almost the entire house. Quickest way to waste 300$. This is a scam. They told us that they wouldn't be able to get the chalky look out, which we understood, but what they didn't tell us was that they wouldn't get any of the dirt spots off or that our house would look worse than before they "cleaned" it. They said they'd call before coming but didn't. The guy showed up at the end of the day and spent maybe a half hour, that included set up and putting the sign in our yard then he was gone. My neighbors were shocked at how quick he was here and gone. We thought maybe he was coming back to finish. Not only did the dirt spots remain after the job was done, there were new streaks of dirt all over the house. The windows needed scrubbed and dirt got inside the house. We emailed to complain and rather than come out that week to check the job out they said send a picture and they would "look into it". We never heard from them. Nope! Would not recommend. They came out in the summer of 2023. Provided no information on when they were arriving. They were insistent that it could be done without me here- my hose hookup is in the garage. Guy showed up at 8am. Hooked up hose at 8:10. Sat in his truck with my water leaking out of his truck hookup down the driveway. I went out to see if he was waiting for someone else while he was sitting in the cab drinking juice. He said know and something about his neck hurting. Told me there was an issue with the equipment and that's why my water was just leak all over the place. He finally started cleaning the house at 8:30. At 9:15 he told me there were issues with the soap coming out after he had already sprayed water over half the house. He finally figured out the soap issue and finished cleaning the house at 10:20. For over an hour, nothing was accomplished other than wasting gallons of my water. Why did it take me two years to write this? I finally got annoyed with them calling me repeatedly and leaving messages with a "great discount " to do the service again. I was home this last time and picked up the phone telling them that I don't ever want them back and that they were awful. The person on the phone just said ok, I'll take you off the list. I figured I should let them know the full story even though no one cares. I'm not sure if the issue was bad equipment or incompetence. Either way, I don't want them at my house. read more

READ before you contact this company! They canceled on us 3 times - the first time was because they said they don't do power washes on Friday's anymore, they were the ones who had scheduled us for a Friday. The second cancel was because they sent an inexperienced tech to our home who didn't know the best way to access our second story - They never followed up as promised to re-schedule, we had to do follow up with them to re-schedule. Lastly, the third time - they never showed up - when I called them, their customer service agent placed me on hold for about 15 minutes to "look into it" he came back with - "we are unable to wash part of your house". To further explain, it was a peak that is accessible from our second story roof near our front porch, easily accessible from a step ladder. What is interesting here is they had this info ahead of time when they quoted us using Google earth to look at our home and said none of this would be an issue ... After he advised me they can't wash our home - he said nothing more, it was an awkward 30-60 seconds or so. I was waiting for a follow up from him, an apology, anything! or another solution - they didn't even offer to power wash the other parts of the house, they basically just decided since they for some reason can't, or don't want to wash a small section of our home they just didn't show up for the job. Again, reiterating that I had to call them late in the afternoon to find out where they were as we had planned for them to be there, again, after the last two cancels. We wasted a lot of our time with these folks. The conclusion I came to based off of comments their tech made, and the overall poor customer service is; they most likely didn't want to give the neighbors a partial free power wash because our building is connected. I had asked the agent to have their manager Rob call me for further explanation, that never happened. In the end - there are many power washing companies out there, I wanted to take the time to write this out so you don't waste your time like we did. They could possibly do a good job if you are lucky enough to get them to show up or have techs experienced enough to do the job. I would HIGHLY advise not calling this company due to their very poor customer service, and especially if you own a condo or townhouse, they are clearly not capable of servicing this type of property or just not willing to do so for whatever they reason/s may be. While the tech was here I asked if he could do a spot cleaning on the siding by our fireplace vent. He quoted $80 for it. I went with PPW after receiving an over the phone quote, I was told they do not charge until 24 hours after the service is completed to make sure the customer is happy with the service. I had a technician out on Friday. Our pavers were just placed last year we power washed them ourselves last season but to get the residual dirt and to seal the pavers we hired PPW. We were told one price over the phone, the technician told us another price but let us know we would get 30% off this year and lock in our rate for next year. Technician was nice. I had to leave to pick up kids and when I returned he was leaving. An hour later I go out to look at the pavers, there is dirt and polymer sand that was blown up sitting on top of the pavers. Our pavers are relatively new, so the technician loosened all the dirt and just left it to sit on top of the pavers. The PAVERS LOOKED WORSE AFTER THEY LEFT. I called customer service there was no answer. I called a second time to speak to a regular sales rep to get my info and experience documented. I let her know I was not happy with the dirt and sand being left on the pavers and I did not want to be charged until I spoke to someone regarding the service. I ended up power washing the pavers again to get them clean that night. Monday morning there's a charge from PPW but no phone call. I called customer service again, no answer. I finally got a regular sales rep he again "took down my information", no return call. I called customer service back again hours later. I spoke to customer service who told me that there sales team is given things to say and the payment is automatic. There's nothing she can do because her manager is out and her hands are tied. She asked me to send in pictures and someone would get back with me with a resolution. This is a great sales company because again the sales rep was so friendly and willing to answer questions to get a sale. Technician didn't move hanging flower baskets or patio furniture and both were ruined....called Customer Service, they did nothing

House pressure was fine - nothing outstanding but competently performed. The concrete wash was a disaster. They used too high-pressure wands on my walk, sidewalk, and apron resulting in damage to my concrete. They essentially stripped off the top layer completely exposing the aggregate layer. Their tech also took chunks of concrete off the seem edges. Although the concrete is 20 years old and had a few spots pitted, they aged it another 15 years in one wash. The aggregate is exposed everywhere. The walk to my front porch was fine but now has pits blasted out of the concrete and looks terrible. I raised the issue with their Customer Care and they blamed it on the concrete age. The tech did not use the right equipment (the orbital scrubber in their ads) and instead used the brute force of a very high-pressure wand. I have power-washed these areas in the past and never came close to this level of damage. Their customer care guy blamed the outcome on the age of the concrete. He said if they had used the orbital scrubber, the outcome would have worse. Bottom line, I am sorry I hired this company and I will need to have the area resurfaced which will cost a lot. If your concrete is aged, keep these guys away. read more

I hired them to remove the chalkiness from my siding. My low budget power washer removed it but I can't physically do my 2 story house. They did nothing to remove the oxidation from my house. They applied chemicals and rinsed it off. It wasn't dirty, it was oxidized. They got my house wet and left. They won't come back out and they won't offer me any type of restitution.
