Joe came out, took a look what was going on, and gave me an estimate that was identical in scope but half the price of another estimate we received so we opted to go with Eames and Sons. Joe was fantastic to work with and kept me up-to-date on scheduling of the entire process, from dropping off a trailer for the old roofing materials, dropping off the new materials, the actual day of work, etc. The Eames and Sons crew came out, did the work in a single day, and then Joe came out the next day for an inspection. Joe noticed some of the work wasn't up to the Eames and Sons standards, so he had someone from the crew come back out and redo it and then came back out the same day to check on the work again. I also noticed that some of the mortar between bricks near some of the work seemed to now be missing and he came back out on his own time to fill in the gap. Eames and Sons, and specifically Joe, definitely went out of their way to make sure our roof was perfect and that I no longer needed to worry about the leak we found. This was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend others use Eames and Sons for their roofing needs. EDIT: I noticed some damage to a window screen after the dump trailer was moved away. Joe fixed the screen himself and sent someone else out to take care of some of the metal around the window as well. Eames and Sons has gone above and beyond what I expected and they have set a very high bar for any work that gets done around our house in the future.

Shortly after, the technician (Jeff) called me back extremely upset, claiming we were "bugging" them, and stated that the owner instructed him to cancel our job and process a full refund. I explained that this was our first phone call today to management and we were simply looking for a timeline since we hadn't heard back all weekend. But he refused to listen, claimed he told us to wait until Monday (which is not in our call recordings or my notes), and canceled the service. Very unprofessional conduct. We suspect this company is discriminatory due to us not sounding like we are from the area and being based out of state. We also paid for our job, but have yet to receive a full refund.

I went on the roof with him and he noticed damage in some areas. My insurance company sent out one of their inspectors and he noted the damage. As always my insurance company nickel and dimed the situation to do the bare minimum of repairs. The Restoration Guys know what they are doing, they got me a full roof replacement . It took some time and some fighting with my insurance company, but they guided me through the process and in the end the whole roof was replaced for just the cost of my $1,000 deductible. My basement flooded. I called these guys as a recommendation from my homeowner's insurance. That…read morewas the biggest mistake I ever made, as I had no clue they were in the business of ripping off veterans and single women with a four-year-old. Little did I know that I would be ripped off and lied to. They broke four items in my home and never replaced those items. They took the costly flooring that I asked not to be removed but to dry it out and put it back as it was waterproof and there was no sewage contanmination, yet it all disappeared. The technicians took out my brand-new waterproof flooring after I asked them not to. They cut an electrical chord in my closet that wasn't supposed to be cut and now even if i wanted to hook up a phone again I cant as the plug was never replaced. My blinds were broke as well. When I tried to get all the issues fixed, they just argued with me and refused to take the blame for what their company did. All problems were never resolved. For all the damages, I only got refunded 140.46 They got their payment from my insurance company, and I never heard back. All the issues still exist to this day. This place should not be allowed to operate if a customer has kids as they send out belligerent young kids to do their work who think swearing, dropping the "f" bomb on the regular and complaining about their boss and the company is just another day at the office.
