This particular city listing had certain bold paint colors other than the typical staged white, and the Staging Tree worked with the colors for a modern yet homey feel. Their team understands proportion, and it felt like the furniture was made for the space. The inventory is high quality. Many times potential buyers asked if the sellers were still living in the space, because it did not feel staged... meaning, the furniture had a nice flow and the kind of lived-in quality that helps buyers immediately see a place like it's their home (rather than the sometimes stiff or uncomfortable effect with other staging). One of the best things about the Staging Tree is the option to pay with credit card, which is very rare with stagers. So helpful for sellers who are incurring a lot of other preparation costs. I have REPEATEDLY (at least a dozen times) asked them to remove me from their call list over the last few years. Today they called twice and didn't even hang up, so I had one voicemail with music for two minutes, and the second voicemail was three minutes long. The woman who call (Ann?) said she saw there was a missed call in December that she was following up on. Guess she didn't get my VM from two days ago when I called them back after they called me! I don't know if they have outsourced to the Philippines but the callers are always Filipinas.
