This time, I had to continuously be the person to contact them for an update. Also, after one date was cancelled because I was working a night shift, the salesman never contacted the installer to cancel. They showed up and woke me. The installed then asked if he could come the following Saturday to do the install to which I agreed. After waiting until noon, on Saturday, I contacted the salesman again to see when they were arriving. He said he'd let me know. The installer called sometime later to say that he had made other plans. This again was never communicated. We will look elsewhere in the future. None of this was ever addressed before asking for the final payment, which was the only prompt thing that I didn't have to initialize the conversation on. No apologies nor adjustment of the final cost for inconvenience.

Carlos was recommended by a friend, and I sent an email for a quote. Less that 2000.00!! I went and picked out fabric (from an almost TOO LARGE of a selection). He let me know he was working on a restaurant contract and wouldn't get to it for about a month. A month later he emailed me and we dropped off the furniture. He emailed and said the couch cushions had very little support left in them and they needed to be replaced. He would do it for half the price. I said sure. Then later, I got another email saying, after they had been steamed clean, they are actually not as bad and he didn't need to replace them. 2 weeks later they were ready for pick up and they looked better than I even imagined them to look!! I also asked if he had any leftover fabric for a throw on the back of the couch to protect from the sun bleaching it. He said measure it and he would have his seamstress sew something up for us. He was wonderful and the furniture we got back was amazing!!

Each project went smoothly, on time and on budget. Each time the product recommendations gave a fabulous result. My most recent project with Kings was completed at the end of April '18. A vacant rental condo - I had to be out of town the day of the install and I was a little nervous. But Sales Rep, Guy, handled everything. I gave him the keys a week ahead of time, his long-time crew did the install, he arranged a plumber to re-fit the toilets, he inspected the job & emailed me photos, and when I got back in town a week afterwards I picked my keys at the store. I really recommend Kings Flooring on Centre Street not far from Chinook Centre Mall.
