I am writing this regarding my daughter's recent color service. She requested lighter blonde pieces to frame her face; however, the result was noticeably orange and brassy. When she contacted Courtney to discuss a correction, she was informed that her previously colored hair prevented the desired lighter blonde outcome. While we understand that prior color can affect results, her primary request at that point was simply to have the tone adjusted to reduce the brassiness. Given my own extensive experience with blonde color services over the years, I have never had it turn that color. We were also disappointed to learn that she was offered a corrective appointment at an additional charge to address an issue that resulted from the initial service. I would have hoped that they would stand behind their mistake and make things right. However, that was not the case.

That's just how you feel when you leave. Cleanliness is top notch, products are out of this world and I love that they try different brands and get feed back from their clients. I love it. It keeps me from buying something over the counter that may not work and then I'm stuck with it. I book three to six appointments out in advance and sometimes the full year. Everything is bright, beautiful, trendy, and welcoming. On top of being beautiful, Lyndi is so so sweet, easy to talk to, and does an amazing job on my hair every single time. You know you got a good haircut when you can go months without returning and it STILL looks good. Lyndi is one of the best colorists I've been to as well. I always LOVE my hair after I see her. Abbi is also the sweetest ever and so fun to chat with during your appointment.
