I had my annual checkup with the doctor and was asked to undergo some exam, I went to the lab office and was told that the doctor hasn't sent in the request. I called more than 20 times to ask for the doctor's order but no one would answer. After waiting for more than an hour I decided to leave the lab office. The most annoying part is when I got a call back the receptionist did not bother to apologize, has no sense of sympathy, empathy whatsoever, doesn't care less about the fact that you had to book the appointment months in advance and stay fasting and tells you upfront that she is the only employee and I should have know this sooner. For this very reason I am changing to another practitioner.
