Also, she is very gentle and shows you respect as soon as you arrive to the door. The offices are located close to the Memoria Hospital (which is my fav hospital) there is always parking (not always SO close) and the attention is usually fast (you do not have to wait LONG hours). Since then he's moved locations to the building down the street, the office is bigger and more updated that his previous location. The staff is REALLY friendly, instead of calling me to the window for my information the receptionist walked out with a clipboard and handed it to me while taking my insurance card and picture ID. Seldom have I ever seen this happen at a doctor's office. I arrived 15 mins before my appointment and was out in an hour and a half, which was great, they don't double book. I was called in 30 mins after check in, the nurse took my vitals and weighed me. The ONLY thing that sucked was the blood pressure machine (automatic one) it has a death grip! Very friendly nurse, everyone knows how much it sucks to be weighed... It's like you're being put on trial, any ways she was super relaxed and chill. I was put in the room to wait for the doctor, roughly 10-15 mins later he came in. Dr. Mora is very thorough and spends a great deal of time with each patient. He's very caring and offers alternatives to whatever your ailment is. Check out is a breeze since everything is digital he had all my prescriptions ready to go as soon as he exited the room.

On Saturday my husband was in our driveway with or auto mechanic who happens to be the brother of our Rabbi. Hubby comes in to put our dogs outside. I asked why, is he coming in. No, there are cops outside that want to come in. I'm like wtf. A DCF worker with 2 cops come in. The woman has a paper that she says has a list of allegations and she starts reading nothing but lies. Not being fed properly Use my bed to use the bathroom And many more untruths. I texted my case manager and told her what happened. I also texted the young man who had come to my house several times. Eventually I get a phone call from my case manager saying I need to stop texting the paramedic that she made the call because of what he said. I asked her why she told them lies to which she replied she didn't say those things. Well, the lady read from a paper and I highly believe she didn't make it up. Then I changed drs and insurance companies effective October first. Once the office found out they refused treatment. I developed a sore from being bedridden. Reached out for some help and was told I had a new dr. My old insurance company and Dr was in place till midnight September 30. His staff is amazing and understanding, helpful and reliable when it comes to helping you in whole. I have never had any complaints with this facility because they've always taken care of me and my family member. Let me be clear, We are not related to Dr Chin or any staff in this Office but we get treated as if we're family. Even to the day I have started coming back with Dr Chin this year because I left due to Insurance reasons since nothing has changed. But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. The offer me sandals and inserts for sale but I bought nothing. Before leaving I requested my refund. Dr. Karen Lee said to buy the shoes and come back for her correct insoles. A credit would be given afterwards.I did not purchase anything from her office and been requesting my $100 refund. No Xrays only $50 refund because the Dr. decided to increase my office visit from $150 to $200. I have called and begged for my money. Now they do not answer my calls.
