The office staff was friendly with the exception of Luz in referrals and Jackie Morales the office manager. Luz was so rude to me that I almost cried. I was so taken aback by her attitude. Plus I never got my referrals for two separate doctors. One I finally got after Cynthia intervened. I was in dire need to speak with Jackie about a time-sensitive issue. The person taking the message said she marked it urgent and left it on Jackie's desk. I waited 4 business days for a call back and by that time my issue could not be resolved favorably. Humana, Conviva and my eye surgeon's office also tried to reach her and she would not take their calls or return any calls. I can not go back to that office and have to deal with rude, unprofessional staff. I am nonconfrontational and would be very uncomfortable around those two.

I gave them a call and got an appointment pretty quick to see Dr. Natal I explained my issue to him and he recommended physical therapy first and if that didn't help then we would see an alternative. I started occupational therapy with Ashley. She is great! Friendly, funny and very professional. Once I started ice skating again I hurt my knee so I went back to see Dr. Negron once again super friendly and very professional. He recommended physical therapy because I have no coordination ( who knew) lol I started seeing Erica and Khalil both great therapist they explained everything and showed me exercises that i could do at home and always answered my questions and concerns. When scheduling appointments since I have 2 doctors and two therapist they try their best to schedule them together so I don't go back and forth They are pretty great

Albeit I am not good at "following instructions" like going to see the referrals for preventative consultations. They do make sure they at least make the recommendations. I believe that as a Dr's Office the can be as involved or not involved as the patient wants them to be. Fortunately, my health is ok and it's my choice to have them be involved as needed. For others I know there is great follow up to appointments and for results. The staff is incredibly attentive also, in fact, I just called in to have my meds adjusted and refilled and was attended to immediately. This kind of practice is hard to find in the world of managed healthcare. From the moment he realized I was due for a colonoscopy, that was his only focus. He didn't want to talk about my concerns about the real purpose of the appointment until I did the colonoscopy and the endoscopy. It was very obvious they made good money by sending people to do these procedures. I am very disappointed with the way he conducted the consultation. I had to see a different doctor at UM to solve my medical problems. I do not recommend this doctor.
