I called Rick back on another occasion because my A/C stopped working( of course on the hottest day). My energy company came out and told me it was fried and would need a new outside unit for 3,000 or for just a few thousand more I could get the whole kit and kaboodle. Rick was quick to come out to give me a second oppinion. Rick put in a used capacitor he had laying around and viola, the a/c came alive. He didn't even wasn't too charge me,but I insisted. Rick saved me thousands that day and i won't forget it. I told my energy company about what Rick did for me and they said it was just a bandaid. It has been almost a year and still going strong. I took off work and waited for them, they gave me a window of noon to 4. They did not show. I tried calling several times. No answer and the voicemail was full. I called my home warranty company and they magically got ahold of him. He said he texted me saying he was running behind and that he would be there first thing in the morning. I never received a text from him saying this. Took off another day of work just for him to not show up again. I called the home warranty, and the guy had called them (not me the person without water) and told them they didn't want to come out because it was too far. So not only did the person I talk to flat out lie to me, I now took off 2 days from work for him to not show. If it was too far they make these things called GPS and he could have said ahead of time. Avoid this company at all cost, they are not true to their word.
