I called Radle Electric to install new wiring for a larger microwave. Joe set up an appointment that was convenient to both of us. When I arrived home at the set time I found that Joe was already there working, as my wife had come home early that day. Joe completed the work promptly & cleaned up the sawdust from drilling holes. He noticed a circuit breaker in my panel box that was the wrong size for the wire that was hooked to it. Joe explained that wires are different sizes and the breaker must be a matched to the correct size of wire. Joe had the correct part in his truck and promptly replaced the incorrect breaker, he might have saved my house. Joe and his team are extremely professional, courteous and most importantly did a great job. We are new to the area and needed to have 4 overhead lights installed before we had new insulation installed. What a great company, I can't believe how lucky I was to find them. Their employee Jake did a great job fixing the problem. He was professional, polite, and willing to answer my questions and explain exactly what he was doing to fix the problem. My electric sub-panel for the dryer was shorting out, which if left go, may have caused a fire (which I would not have known if Jake hadn't explained and shown me what was happening). We have now used these guys twice. The first time was to set up a hot tub and reorganize our whole panel. The second time was just this week and we had them add an outlet in the kitchen, in the basement, and add a circuit. I can't say enough about their service. Joe diagnosed and corrected a tripped GFI outlet that was preventing our outdoor fountain from working. He explained why the GFI receptacle was tripping and why I was unable to reset it. He installed bubble covers over the outdoor receptacles and provided some good advice as to how to better guard against future issues.
