A friendly greeting and pleasant experience at the front desk you are given a room key... Yes an actual room key... That opens the door to an outstanding room with all the same class and elegance of the lobby but with an updated bathroom, a king size bed and all the conveniences of a new hotel from the flatscreen TV to the mini fridge in the desk and an Nespresso machine for your morning or evening espresso... whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner you're looking for, you need not leave the hotel, the House restaurant is every bit as elegant as the rest of the hotel with great service, a classy ambiance and excellent chef driven cuisine... You will not be disappointed!! This was an experience... A wonderful experience... This happens occasionally with me at other places I've been to so it definitely a certain type of wax. But I'm fine at most places. The mani/pedi was great and 5 day later, I only have a small chip on my thumb. My toes look great. The aesthetician worked hard on my toes and I thought I may end up with some abrasions but I haven't. No ingrown nails either. They stayed open late for me (I arrived about 630, they close at 7) and suggested dinner next door for me. There is private lot parking and WiFi.

Elena (I'm sorry if I got this wrong, I am terrible with names!) was a lot of fun to talk to, as well; it seems the art of conversation is something a lot of stylists have lost, but not her. They take a lot of care to make sure you're comfortable and they do a great job. I haven't had hair services here, I mainly have gone for the Aveda Mani/Pedis, they are AMAZING (Lindsay & Meghan are awesome!), I've done the express mani/pedi as well, also great. I've had my brows waxed and a number of elemental facials, all fantastic experiences. The only thing I would say negatively, is that when you're in the back room for a facial, you can hear a lot going on in the salon, so it's not super 'peaceful', but it's still great! I would recommend this salon and spa (and have) to all my family and friends. (I do believe they accept walk-ins, but I always book in advance) - little tip - if you're interested in a Mani/Pedi go to the "Packages" tab on the website and book a "Basics" package, it's an extra couple bucks, but you get an eyebrow wax included. **Update** I have since had my hair styled here for my brothers wedding, they did a great job! I visited Limeblu for a natural eyelash extension application…read more The finished look was 3-4 of my natural lashes bonded to one lash extension, resulting in a very clumpy look. My natural lashes began falling out from the root. The spa itself is lovely, and they were quick to book me same-day for a removal (which is basically pulling them out, and my once decent eyelashes are now stubby and damaged) with a different girl who confirmed that they were not applied correctly. I will advise ladies against going to Limeblu for any lash extension service. I really do not think the woman who did them originally should be allowed to do them in an otherwise professional spa.

They had everything from robes, towels and slippers for us. Even prepped our room with ice cold waters & was able to leave our belongings in their lockers. When our time in the whirlpool area was up, someone came and grabbed us and left bags for our bathing suits and fresh robes then brought us to our massage room. I had Emelie work on me and my fiancé had Sabrina. I have a lot of experience with getting massages and usually I have to ask my masseuse to go harder or focus on one area more (usually my neck or shoulders) but Emelie was a pro! She took her time with each of my knots she came across and I know this is a bold statement but I believe she is the best masseuse I have ever had!! My fiancé really enjoyed his massage from Sabrina too and almost fell asleep from being so relaxed lol I have seen the previous reviews of not so great experiences from past customers but my experience was truly top notch and I'm sooooo glad I found this gem! I will definitely be back and maybe I will try some of their other services and share those experiences as well!
