After 3 years away, I decided to return because I have always appreciated the quality of your nail services. However, during my visit, I experienced the same pricing inconsistencies that caused me to stop coming previously. Specifically, the service of gel nails and a pedicure was quoted at $85, but the total at checkout was $95, in addition to an extra fee for using a credit card. Prices are not posted, and changing the cost while a customer is in the chair feels like a bait-and-switch practice. So, after trying to give you a second chance, after 2 visits I realized that this is how you appreciate your customers by price gauging. I politely shared these concerns in person during my last visit - which will be my last visit. I used to see a full salon with a long wait however, I noticed during my last visits that walk-ins are seated immediately. Clear, upfront pricing would go a long way in restoring customer trust and rebuilding your regular clientele.
