I…read morehave tanned here on and off for several years and have never had an issue until their establishment changed its name to "Hollywood Sun Studio." The staff members I have interacted with recently have all been teenagers who are not friendly and seem bothered when asked questions about the beds, lotions and in-store specials. It is generally very helpful, and expected, to be able to ask the staff questions about their products and services, but the employees here have not made it comfortable to do so. I had always loved the type of consulting I received at Hollywood Tan in years past, but am now looking for a new salon that will be more appreciative of my business. Sad to see this store in this way, this is not what I remember of Hollywood Tan.

The girl behind the counter said they couldn't allow me to go any longer the second time bc I didn't have a tanning history with them.
