FINALLY threat to call office, he get machine out, 3-4 mins problem solved. Tried to report he lied said me minister cursed him out...I have tape of visit ..boom he didn't know that. Perfection fix that weak link, they were good company b 4 him. I think a buddy was used to contact me for report on him. Cuz he defended him prio to my info even being given. I don't understand this guy. I had him over to fix a few things a year back and he was prompt, nice, and helpful. Jump forward to this month...I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago and he didn't show up or give a courtesy call to let me know an emergency came up. I was understanding cause I've experienced similar horrors, and he called me a day later after I left a voice message. I felt bad, but then he says he will call to reschedule on a set day. I waited three days and left another voice message. It's been two weeks now since my initial appointment and I have yet to get a call back. I don't know what happened, but even when I had an emergency out of state I called my customers back, because running a business is a responsibility. Based off of other reviews, he has a very bad habit of doing this. It's not a good way to keep clients. Edit: He still hasn't called me back. Rob took our money and did nothing. He does not follow up well. We trusted him to unclog our drains while we were gone but he failed to remove the tree roots we asked him to and raised the price from $200 as agreed to $250. He essentially took our money for simply showing up. We got no details as to what he did or what he found on the receipt I emailed him and called him several times but he has never answered. Bewareof this guy. We have dealt with him at least 5 times and he has most of the time changed what he said, went back on his word, or performed undetailed work. read more

The next day at 10am I made 1 call to Perfection Plumbing, emailed him 4 pictures I took the night before and by 12pm. I can't recommend Robert from Perfection Plumbing highly enough! I bought an old commercial building that had a septic system. Robert and his crew put in a completely new system which drained into the city sewer. He also ran vacuum and compressed air lines. Needless to say it was a big job. But he did an amazing job with very few snags. When there were any issues, they were quickly and easily resolved. Plumber was a no-show. Wasted two hours waiting. No call, no text. I had to be the one to make contact to reschedule.

I've done the research already, so let me save you some time... Due to high volume of flushes we had on Christmas, our plumbing decided to crap out on us, literally. SIGH ! So the day AFTER Christmas, which was a SATURDAY- nobody is open. And ER Plumbing cost an arm and a leg. We took the chance and called Perfection Plumbing, and boy were we happy, we got a hold of a live person. Why? Because with many other businesses, you'll get their answering machine rather than a person. We were able to talk to Rob and after explaining to Rob what happened, he agreed to come out and said he'll be there in 10 mins and in LESS than 10 mins he showed up at our door. I swear, this guy is the most prompt guy I ever met. Rob came, used the snake and did a quick fix so we can flush, shower, etc. without having the water back up into the toilet AND bath tub. BUT the main problem was due to roots in the main sewer line. He then offered to come out the next day, which is a SUNDAY to help us clear out all the roots. This guy went ABOVE AND BEYOND our expectations. He came with all his equipments, cameras, etc.- very professional and knowledgeable, explained step by step of what he was doing. Thank God he agreed on coming out because honestly, things would've been pretty bad if we had to wait until Monday. PHEW ! If I could, I would give Rob and his team 5+ stars. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! I was going to give this business a 5 star review for arriving promptly when we had an issue with our toilet. Unfortunately no one told me the issue had already been solved. I felt really bad for having him come all the way out here for nothing, and then he made me feel even worse. As if it were my fault that someone told me we needed a plumber but then failed to mention that we didn't. Dishonest and disreputable. Would not recommend. Came to my home to upgrade dryer vent which wasn't broken until he attempted to change out to the higher grade vent. He installed it incorrectly so that all hot dryer steam and moisture went into my home. This could have destroyed everything in my home and we are unable to breathe the dryer exhaust. Deadly. He refused to come back to repair the damage incorrect repair. I called him over a dozen times. Begged him. He refused. He then said he would repair it as I have filed against the Contractors State License Board. Then he never showed up and wouldn't answer the phone. What a liar. Stay away.
