The service techs (Chris & Patrick) were awesome and very friendly. They knew their job. They installed plugs for my dishwasher and stove due to them being hardwired. Both appliances were tested before they left to make sure they were working. Also they left no mess meaning they cleaned up after themself. Overall ratings 10 stars. We needed an electrician to be hook up a spa we were having delivered. The electrician needed to be here when it was delivered. Since it was coming from Columbia, we did not have the exact time they would here. We called several electricians but no one returned our calls. I did a Google search and located McNew Electric. I called and explained what I needed. The young lady told me they were already booked for that day but would check to see if they could work something out and she would call me back. She let me know she would be calling from a different number which I appreciated because I do not answer calls from an unknown number. She called back in a few minutes and said they would have someone there for us. The day before they came out, I got a call verifying if they needed to bring any material. That was unexpected but greatly appreciated as Salem has limited supplies. I was notified 35 minutes before the spa was delivered so I gave them short notice on the time I needed the electrician. True to their word an electrician was here. Kyle was professional and polite. He hooked up the spa but it was not working. He talked with the spa tech on the phone going through and making sure everything was hooked up correctly. It was a problem with the spa n I t electrical but he told us to call him if we needed him. It was refreshing having great service. We will definitely be using McNew for any future electrical needs. read more
