I received my package containing my Semaglutide medication and the box was partly open, soaking wet, medication container broken and water everywhere, alcohol wipes soaked through as were the syringes, which should have been in sealed packages but apparently they are not sealed. The medication vials were very warm and there was no sign of any ice or cold pack. I took pics & sent them to Brightmeds.... If I could leave zero I would. This place is not the same since Mo left. I called and spoke with the young Spanish girl at the front to see if my medication was available for pickup. The hours online say they close at 6pm. For whatever reason - they were insistent on closing at 5:30pm. Nevertheless, I arrive at the store at 5:28pm (just in the nick of time) and they are closing up and walking out. The young Spanish girl was arguing with me that it was 5:30pm when it was very evidently 5:28pm. I understand wanting to close up shop a few minutes early to go home but with all due respect - not a pharmacy. I'm so disappointed in the service. I specifically called and told her I was going to be there before 5:30pm (and was) and if I had arrived just 30 seconds later I would've been back in the hospital by the end of the night because I didn't have my medication read more

{{** 3/8/23**}} I'm in Shock for words iv Ben coming here for 3+ years from the day the doors opened unfortunately Mo no longer works there anymore. Just sitting there this morning and a nice gentleman came in and said this place is not the same now that Mo is not here and Nicole even said yeah, I know. So I know I'm not the only one that feels this way, ever since they let Mo go it's not the same mom and pop Pharmacy it used to be. They tell me my insurance isn't coving things that it did the month before and when I call my insurance they tell me it is covered. Every month my medication is a different color or shade I guess it is whatever they can get the cheapest or their hands on. So today I went to pick up my medications and I got disrespected by Nicole she had a very nasty attitude and wanted to speak in Spanish as she should know better my kids are half Spanish just because my skin is white don't mean I don't understand the words coming out of your mouth behind the counter. You need more backbone mouth don't get you far in life. Other than losing quite a few customers that's Ben going to the pharmacy longer than you've been working there. She would never be that nasty to me outside of that pharmacy so I don't know what her issue was other than she's taking it personally that I am taking my business elsewhere. Knowing darn well if someone spoke to her the way she spoke to me she would be doing the same and going elsewhere. Iv always Ben nice and polite to everyone. I said Good morning to everyone as I walked into the pharmacy. Just two weeks ago Nicole was asking me how my daughter was doing because she's been in the hospital and had three different surgeries & is only 16. I don't know what I did wrong, I just explained to her that I can't afford to keep paying for medication that is covered by my insurance and she was very rude to me. She snapped at me and all I did was answer the other pharmacy tech when she asked me if I knew I had to pay cash for one of my medications that was covered one month and not covered the next, and always a different story. I was told one time I needed a prior off my doctor did that and it was approved through the insurance and covered the next time it was because of the quantity and this time she said only a 7 day supply through the insurance, or she would tell me I'm sorry we were off a number that's why it wasn't covering it. I don't understand when it was approved for a 30 day supply. Then Nicole was trying to fill medication I no longer take but they had refills. She refused to unfill it and told me she will fill anything that's a refill or sent in from my doctor. So I had to call my doctors office and have them tell her I no longer take that medication this way she could put it back on the shelf. Even my doctors receptionist said why would you fill something a patient is telling you they no longer take. Other than trying to make more money through the insurance. It didn't make sense to me or to her. Just like my breathing medication they filled it so much and they were just refills, I never once asked for it to be filled. Let's put it this way I had to end up throwing most of it away because it was out of date and now I have no refills on it. Breathing machine medication does not last forever. It does have an expiration date. This isn't how you keep customers or treat someone that's been giving you business for the past 3 +years!! Yes, way before Nicole was ever hired, me and my children, my mom and my dad, my granny and my grandpa will be taking our business elsewhere. We ALL wish Mo the best of luck, looks like it was a blessing in disguise my friend. This place is falling apart you were the glue that kept it together Mo. It will never be ran the way it was when Mo was there and especially not with someone so unprofessional as Nicole. She was way out of line and it was so uncalled for to be talked to the way she did to me today. She even said I'll fill it this month but I'm not filling it next month. Now if I already told you I was going somewhere else why would I need you to fill it next month? She also told me on any of my refills with her attitude no matter where I go. They need to contact her directly. Ask to speak to Nicole before she will release my refills not through fax. Very unprofessional but it is okay, I'll just get paper script next month. When did Nicole become more than a pharmacy tech? Is that why it's not being ran properly? Somebody needs to train her the proper way to speak to customers. read more

I have been going here since they opened and I adore the original staff moe, and nicoll they always went out of their way to make sure my prescription was correct and always made sure they had the right ones in stalk I'm not to crazy about the new girl only because she doesn't do my prescription correct and I just found out moe is no longer there idk if I will Continje to go here without him there read more

I wouldn't normally leave a review for a pharmacy on Yelp, but the pharmacist (Mo) and his staff deserve to be recognized and applauded for their exceptional service, friendly demeanors, and simple humanity. My 10 year old son requires several prescription medications in order to be his healthiest, happiest, and most successful self. Success in school, especially, relies on him having the right medications and support. We have had lots of trouble finding pharmacies that reliably stock the medications he is prescribed, and having recently moved we have had to start this process over again. Due to the nature of the medications, pharmacies will not tell us over the phone whether or not they can fill the prescriptions, so I must drive to each one and present the paper prescriptions to find out. I visited 5 other pharmacies today before finding Perfection Rx. A couple of them didn't take our insurance, others didn't stock the meds and couldn't order them, and one offered that they could maybe order it if we moved all our prescriptions to them (they unfortunately don't take the insurance that my wife uses, so this was a no-go). At Perfection Rx, Mo took the time to make it happen. He also took the time to speak to me about my son and empathized with the struggle I've been going through to get the meds he needs. He didn't have all of them in stock, but immediately put in the order and promised me that they'd be ready before Monday afternoon so as to limit the disruption to my son's schooling. This was on Friday afternoon, by the way, so a very quick turn around. I am impressed beyond words with the service and kindness shown. I can tell the Mo really truly cares about his customers and that goes a long way in today's world. Less important, but still worth mentioning is that the store itself is clean, well lit, and nicely laid out. They have a good selection of normal pharmacy stuff (OTC meds, household items, etc) and they also carry a variety of CBD products. Mo offered me a complimentary bottle of water and a free item from a small selection of household necessities in their value section. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking right by the store. I will absolutely be moving all my pharmacy business to Perfection Rx and will be recommending them to any friends or neighbors who may need prescriptions filled. I highly recommend Mo and Perfection Rx to anyone in the area needing a pharmacy. read more
