Then I came here. Although the lobby was busy, they were so thorough with me with my treatment and were able to get me a test right away(Results were negative and in the following morning) They sent me home with medication that would either work for a respiratory infection or Covid. I was able to fill my prescription on premises which was great and also covered by my insurance. This place does so many good things I highly recommend it and will be back! There seems to be an issue here of lack of transparency. If the medication isn't available or unlikely to be in stock, patients should be told that clearly so they can make other arrangements...not kept in a weekly loop without resolution. In one call I was told they have a list of regular patients waiting for their meds to be filled. Hearing this and adding the rest of my experience with this pharmacy made it feel like my I was no priority and that maybe this would be an ongoing issue. At a certain point, repeatedly stringing patients along without a realistic expectation of filling their prescriptions raises concerns about whether patients are being given accurate information to access their medication in a timely way. Strongly recommend trying elsewhere.

I really appreciate the friendliness of the two pharmacists and the time they spend helping to make sure the medications are right for me. Other staff members are friendly and the pharmacy also provides delivery! The pharmacy has a small retail store and some products are pricey - you can probably get better prices elsewhere but in my experience you will not find the friendly competence of pharmacists elsewhere.
