I had a NIGHTMARE experience ordering from the Dragon's Den website. I pre-ordered an item back in…read moreJanuary that was due to be in stock within a few days of my order. Almost a month later, I got an email from the owner saying he was sent the wrong item from the distributor, and would I like a refund or wait 2-3 more weeks for the item I ordered. I said I would take a different item if that was in stock, otherwise I would take the refund. He said that item was also out of stock and he'd give me a few hours if I wanted to change my mind about the refund. Weeks go by and I write asking why I haven't been refunded yet. He claimed to think that I decided to wait for the item, but he promised to refund me later that day. Again, no refund. Almost 2 months had gone by at this point. The item I purchased was meant to be a Valentine's Day gift for my husband. At one point the owner even tried to guilt me into waiting for the item I ordered to be in stock. Every time, I clearly told him I wanted the refund. March 5, I get a shipping notice from Dragon's Den and I write to him asking WHY I'm being sent an item I clearly no longer wanted and why he hadn't refunded like he said he would do, multiple times. He wrote back with a one line email saying they don't offer refunds. Except he's the one that offered me a refund in the first place!! He had totally stopped responding to my emails after that, and the item want even actually shipped, so as far as I am concerned he's stolen $75 from me. I am forced to dispute this with my bank. So unprofessional. A shame because he does offer unique, high end vape equipment but I'd rather start smoking cigarettes again than ever give this man and his shoddy business another penny. Beware!!! I have every email saved as proof.
